So this was just an idea, ((Didn't know where the ideas should go.)) But I think it would be cool to have a masquerade like event. It would also help to have all of our members get together with one another and have a good time, we have several members and maybe this would grab their interest.

Well anytime, I mean there may be a few members busy on Halloween so maybe 1 or 2 days before. And I guess what you wear can be up to you but for aekeans it would be awesome to have black and white I think...but as I said it's just and idea if it gets enough interest I can put forth alot of effort and such, and make it epic. ^^

There will be a big Gaia Halloween event during that time. We could put our masquerade in whatever main forum they have for it and advertise to potential new members.

Already got outfits picked out for me and my date, and he's not going to like it. Mwahahaha, can't wait for another guild party. Ain't no party like an Aekean party. emotion_awesome

Agreed, having some sort of plan would be nice.
Well, if we use this opportunity to try to attract more people to our guild, we should run something like a contest of some sort to where people can win gold or and item, whether they're from the guild or not. Maybe have some people give away free art to those who join the guild as an incentive or something? I'm not that artistic, but I can do crudely drawn head shots that may or may not be colored ((So long as they don't have crazy hair/hats XD)). Bump contests would be good as well.
The event is gonna last for quite a while, we'll need some fun things to have planned out and have end dates set so when something ends, we have a break period and something new starts, or having multiple things running with different end dates and/or start dates.
But I'm just throwing ideas out. If anyone else has ideas, we could have more options and possibilities to have done. ouo

Well first off how would you guys like to have this? We can have a place in towns to meet up at and run around and take there or simply make a thread as Echo suggested or for those of you who want the best of both worlds we can do both!
How this would work is rather simple the meeting in the towns would have to be set for a specific time and date whereas the board we will make will be open all the time and everyone can post whenever they are able to get on. ((Rather then editing most post I shall do this.)) Okay so We are going to have a thread because we need to advertise to potential new members, so my primary question is this: Does everyone want it to be a town event for the guild aswell?

((or gold hungry gaians xD.)) But I say yes that sounds like a great idea just need to figure out what items/how much gold will be given and how it will be judged. for the aekean prize I was thinking perhaps the best dressed? or as everyone likes we could have a few other prizes for various things. Feel free to stop me at any time my head has gone into planning mode.

Sachiko we beg of you... Well there is always the option of saying, "This contest if for those who are in the guild only". And do continue. Planning Mode Activate! Boop!
Also, a little town event would be fun. ouo If someone has a house there we could hang there ((I've got a place if no one else does)) or just pick a random square or even use what there is of Towns v2. ouo A shame We won't have an Aekea town yet for another long while.
