There is no actually banging of bucks. No matter how much denero you get, one should not bang those dollar bills together in such a rude fashion against the wall. It just isn't done. Instead, one should proudly hoist the small handful of generously pick-pocketed bills high above one's head-like extremedy and wait, with a proud expression raised toward the sky, for someone else with just as sticky of fingers to wrestle it from your lax grip.
