There are several ways to make game graphics. The three below are the most general, and ones that I know some things about. I will explain things more individually, and perhaps post pictures, links, and tuts for examples. As well, in order to make game graphics you also need to understand a little about programming and how it works. I may, or may not explain that (Also I know Wiki sucks, but I didn't feel like doing your research, you want more, then look for more information).

Pixel Art(2D)/Animation:

- Can be used for movies
- Usually a game 32-bit or lower.
- Free programs are best with this
- When creating animations can go with a GIF file, or a animation sheet.
- Wiki Page (Or atleast one I found, might explain things I didn't).

Flash Art/Animation:

- To be honest I know little about this. I do know that it takes several pictures for emotion changes, or hand changes to create fluid movement. They simple have to be changed in seperate frames. However working it for games and movies probably differ.
- Can be used for movies
- Can be used for games

3D Models/Animation;

- Is also used for movies
- Used for games with large worlds, or rotation options
- Made within programs such as Blender or Maya
- Are usually animated inside the programs
- Need to be exported correctly so it can run inside a game engine
- Needs to be textured
- Most time consuming
- Lead in Graphics Realism

This is all confusing to me, but that's probably cause I'm not very good at this stuff. Thanks for creating this for those who are interested in graphics though <3
