Hello! I have been trying to come up with good ideas and plots, and I finally came up with a story that doesn't quite seem so bad. Should I continue? Also, could you please share some tips or help with editing? Sorry for any mistakes. English is not my first language. sweatdrop
A low mist hung low to the ground of a dark abyss with many different paths that lead to nowhere. A small team of seasoned agents stood, huddled together, as if they were too frightened to continue on their mission.
My hand quivered, as I leaned over to open the large wooden door that stood before my eyes. I bit my lip, and tried not to show any fear. Most of my team of agents had disappeared somewhere in the dark catacomb’s tunnel’s. I had explored most of the maze, but this door, still remained unexplored and a mystery. Was the rest of my team in there? What could be happening to them now? What if something already happened to them? Questions began to swirl around my head, dizzying me, until; I had to steady myself on the cold, moist walls of the endless maze.
All week, I had been hearing strange noises, such as muffled screams, and clawing inside the walls. But because the walls were holding the whole structure together, we couldn’t break a hole without risking a collapse. Frustrated and lost, there didn’t seem to be any hope left. Half of our team was lost, and the other half dragged on, as if they were as scared as children. What had happened to our courage? Our strength?

I think it's great! But if you want to continue writing it, do so, but if you don't, then stop writing it. But I think you should continue writing your story. Follow your heart.
