History: Damian was born in Detroit and had been raised there for much of his life. With a town of, to be blunt, ******** up city councilmen and lack of crime protection, Damian did grow up with a bit of a rough start with life in general. He had three siblings and a pair of parents who were a bit dysfunctional, especially when his father drunk at night. Damian was born with a mental disability that kinda made him...different than the other children at school. He was seen a bit crazy, but that had been the least of their worries. Whenever he was approached, the air around him had always been slightly colder than normal. This gave a bit of sign to how odd he was and he even been thought of as a social pariah. His powers had awakened fully when he and the family gone for a vacation during the summer when he had been eight years old. There had been a petting zoo and the young Damian had wanted to get a closer look at the chickens, so he climbed the fence and came across one...mean Rooster. The bird came at him and started pecking away at him for his curiosity had been too much for that point in time as he gave into fear. Everything had suddenly dropped in temperature and turn the Rooster into an ice sculpture right then along with the other chickens nearby. For that hot summer day with temperatures around ninety degrees, it had dropped several degrees until the point it was able to snow and frost over. From that point the social pariah had become a lost soul in his old home, seen as a outcast and a true monster. Some time later in life, he became a student at the academy, for about a year or so he formed a type of rivalry

Personality: A bit on the crazy side, Damian is a clever fighter with his use of his mutant powers. But in reality, he doesn't have the smart intellect that most mutants may or may not have. He's about average however. With people, he has a superiority complex, not liking to be second best or considered weak. With temperatures, he likes everything cold and to stay cold. Damian has a few friends but he does his best to be a good friend to those he sees as trustful, even his own rival Marcus whom he sees as a friend as well since he has to share a dorm with him as well.
Non-Power skils: Carpenter, Damian's job outside of school is working with building and other engineering jobs.

Glacieskinesis: Glacieskinesis is a b*****d word derived from English and Latin, it was made by Damian to mean something akin to "Ice Movement." It is an unusual power that is not really unknown, but still unusual. Damian's latent power lies in his ability to freeze the moisture in the air around him or in bodies of water itself. Yet, this is not limited to also generating small gusts of cold air and energy itself turn to pure ice. It, in a sense, allows Damian to craft ice and even manipulate it to his own will and desire. Essentially this power allows him to manipulate cold temperatures (At higher levels) and generate ice at will, even at later points of being able to completely encase an enemy in solid ice.
Ice Manipulate Lvl 1 and Lvl 2: The lowest level of Damian's Core Power. This is a sense allows him to craft small objects and produce some forms of attacks. Something between being able to drop the temperature around himself (and create a thin layer of frost if he wanted to) to expelling gusts of air to cover objects in a thin layer of ice. The power is not at its peak during this level but provides some use.
(Lvl 2): This level retains a bit of use and more mastery over the control of cold temperatures. Rather than being to craft ice a bit better, this level focuses on molding more cold air to protect ice against its weakness of the heat. While this level also strengthens ice formed and has a tendency to be able to cover the ground in a much thicker layer of ice from Frost. While also this is the first level where Damian can cover his arms or legs in a thick layer of ice to enhance his punching/kicking ability. With his more control, slightly larger structures can be built or crafted and enhanced with some durability. This also lowers the temp. dropped from twenty to forty degrees from use of the mutant abilities.
Example of Attacks
- Iceball - Roughly the size of a fist and can be hurled by the expansion of energy surged out from Damien's body
- Dropping Temp. - Ability to lower the temp. in a room or a surrounding area by forty degrees.
- Frost - Covering the ground or something he touches in a thin layer of ice. This ice is not thick enough to trap a living creature or objects yet. But, this ice can also be applied with Dropping Temp. and is considered to be relatively slick.
- Craft/Basic - Ability to make small structures of ice and objects about the size of a small child. This is not limited to, small sharp icicles, solid spheres, etc. The ice structures are not yet strong enough to withstand a lot of punishment, general shattering after one or two uses, though more dense objects such as an iceball may not shatter so easily.
- Cover - Ability to cover a limb in cold thick ice to enhance attack power as well as defense.
- Breeze - Able to expel cold winds to cover an area in a light frost. This retains Dropping and Frost's abilities while extending the range of the skill.
- Snowblind - Able to make small specks of ice crystals form snow falling. This can be used with breeze or Frost as well as Dropping.
- Freezing Drop - Ability to rapidly drop temp around cold ice or water. This is used as a defense for fire or heat while also being able to turn snow to ice.
Weaknesses:
Ice carries one natural weakness and that is heat and fire. Low level abilities of ice crafting can be completely destroyed by any flame generated naturally and from mutants, such as Damian's rival, Marcus. Although later when Damien is able to gain more control over his abilities and his power, he can sometimes counteract the effects of heat and flame by substantially lower the temperature to the point the ice outlasts the fire. Since Ice only melts by heat, by lowering the temperature (something Damien cannot do just yet), he can avoid future problems with fire. Another weakness of Ice is that at low levels and even at mid levels, structures and those things crafted can sometimes be easily shattered, this is greatly known for mutants with inhuman strength as well. Ice however takes time to create on a dime and the energy it takes can be overwhelming to Damien if he overdoes his ability too much.
