【✰】W. D. Academy, the most prestigious private high school in Europe, the world really, is home to the best and the brightest students from around the world. This prestigious school got its name from one of the most well known men in the world, Walt Disney himself. Now many may wonder why such a school is in Europe, and to be honest, no one knows, considering the park the man first built is in America. However, this does not stop students from all over the globe from making the trek to its remote location in Northern England, after forking out the price of tuition, to attend the school.
W. D. Academy, though most famous for its teaching of the Arts, is also home to many different sports teams and academic clubs. Some students go to W. D. Academy solely for the great academics, while others go simply to get away from home, and get a great education while they are at it.
W. D. Academy runs year round, with three, two week breaks for Christmas, Spring Break, and Summer, as well as a weeklong break for Thanksgiving, the latter of which can be spent at the school should the student wish. Weekends of course are designated as free time for students, and thus students may leave campus, permitting they return before dinner on Sunday. Any students late coming home on Sunday will be restricted to school grounds the next weekend. If a student were late returning on three Sundays, they would then be restricted to the school grounds every following weekend until the end of the semester. There are three semesters. The first is from summer to Christmas, the next is from Christmas to spring, and the final is from spring to summer.
W. D. Academy only selects a certain, how you say, cast of students. These students must be of a certain caliber, of a certain personality, and most of all, they have to know Disney like the back of their hand. You see, the students that enter W. D. Academy all have personality traits of certain beloved Disney characters. They are not however, always the same gender as these characters, or do they tend to look like the character their personality portrays, at least in the beginning. Some however, do change as the years go on, as if becoming that character in looks, as they already have in personality. Not everyone however, is as cruel or as cunning as they seem, because they are not these characters fully, no, they simply resemble an aspect or two of that character’s personality.
W. D. Academy goes by a different name to its students; to them it is Scattered Dream Academy. The reason for this name is a simple one. The students have many a dream and while at W. D. Academy they live those dreams, whether they be to fall in love, or just to make their parents proud of them.
