I'll be doing an Advanced Nuzlocke challenge, since I'm back and bored. I'm leaving for army training in less than 4 weeks, so don't expect anything after that. I will post videos to youtube, which I will also post to this thread. The game is FireRed. The beginning, where you go get Oak's package, has been skipped. the first vid will be after that. Also, if there's an extended session where I do countless battles with random wild Pokemon, I will most likely just skip all of that and give a damage report.
My Advanced Rules : Must nickname all Pokemon Cannot use Legendary Pokemon in battles Status healing items are forbidden Only one Pokemon of each species may be caught (if the original dies, you may catch another) Losing a battle is instant game-over Trading Pokemon is prohibited
____________
I think I covered everything. I'll also add a comic to go with the vids once I get the chance to do some. Making comics are fun. ____________
tags for my vids : pokemon, nuzlocke, challenge, firered, tmb, kiato, leafgreen, Battle, "Pokémon FireRed And LeafGreen (Video Game)"

thanks~ ahh well ya see... i made it about half way through, had a s**t ton of vids i couldn't post yet because of no internets, then come to find out that my rom was ******** up. i got pissed and deleted the folder, forgetting to move my movie files before doing so. soooo yeahhh.... quitting this lil project for now. instead, i'll be making a totally new pokemon game. some friends might be helping me out as well, since my scripting programs don't want to work properly. they keep giving me the wrong offsets and compiling something different from what i want.

thanks a bunch. ^^ do you have any scripting experience? i made an event where it gives you Eevee as your starter and the ball disappears like it should, but when you move it reappears and the event is re-doable. which is annoying me, because i already tried : disappear LASTTALKED checkflag FR_POKEMON setflag FR_POKEMON ^ which should make the ball gone permanently and make it to where the event is no longer available. BUT IT STILL IS. which annoys me.

Strong Pokemon... Weak Pokemon... That is only the selfish perception of people... |D I don't have any experience, unfortunately. I have the feeling that if I tried, I would fail miserably. Truly skilled Trainers should try to win... With the Pokemon they love best.

awww don't be so down about it. lmao it's actually easy once you learn the scripting languages. which doesn't take long. but i guess not many people actually attempt it, because me and my friend juan are the only two skilled scripters i actually know irl.

Strong Pokemon... Weak Pokemon... That is only the selfish perception of people... Well, it's not really something I ever actually plan on using. Probably being the reason why I've never done anything with it. Truly skilled Trainers should try to win... With the Pokemon they love best.

duuuude you can make so much money off it though. like if you script custom pokemon games and other stuff and upload them for people to play, you can make thousands just off advertising, and even more if you run hamachi servers! it's really just something to do as a hobby that makes you money. learn those hexadecimals maaaan!
