(This information is for Past and Future Midnight. Past Midnight Part 1/1 and Future Midnight Part 1/?)

Many years ago, his father worked as a double-double agent for an organization, spying on the Equestrian government, giving them false information, while giving information to the organization. He went by the codename name of "Five". He was taken in secret by the government one day, and Midnight tried to stop them with a starry power no on had ever seen. He wouldn't see that power for a long time afterward.

They brought a body bag back to the family saying he died in the line of duty. Starlight and Midnight trained eachother to finish his "case" (it was fake) against the organization Onyx.

While they did, Midnight enrolled in Cloudsdale University, which, he didn't know was in the middle of his problems... Starlight got caught and was taken away with their mom. While planning the destruction of Onyx, Princess Luna came to visit a relative at the school, and fell in love with Midnight. He eventually accepted the fact that he liked her and they became a sort of pen pals, since she had duties at the castle. (Later on, over time, they both decided that they'd show each other in public as servant and princess, but when everypony and the guards were gone, they'd talk normally again, him dropping the title, like she requested him to long ago. They don't do alot of lovey dovey stuff these days, and the subject of their love is almost never brought up for very good reason.)

(Actually, the relation between Midnight and Luna is almost never brought up so you ponies RPing Luna won't have to try and act that silliness out.)


(Back to this), Midnight was soon taken to Onyx as the successor to his father by one Zero, a pony he hates and avoids to this day. He was named Five, just like his father. Once the plans to take down Onyx occured, Midnight began his plan to get out... but they (Onyx) were gone. Everypony except the leader, who was defeated right before Midnight could get to him himself. Leaving the flame of hatred burning, Midnight tried to find a new way to avenge his father. But, he couldn't. All he could do was ruin his office and flip tables.

His life was in danger for awhile, because "No one escapes alive", but the threat stopped eventually. School resumed as normal for awhile.

After graduation, he took his brother's advice and left to see the stars from other perspectives of the land of Equestria. Starlight wanted to come along, but Midnight told him to stay with mom. She needed him. Alot.

During that time, on a trip with Princess Luna, he visited and volunteered to work as an engineer at an insane asylum. The wiring sucked. So did the pay: nothing.

It's been two years since then, and his hatred for Onyx not only taking his mom and brother from him, but taking his father... it was still burning...

For three years he's been wearing that weight on his rear-left leg now... one wonders how fast he'd be with it off. After all, Rainbow Dash herself trained in it.

His little power, what he called "Star Control" is what his friend called a "hidden talent". His cutie mark glowed every time he used it, and he learned to use it for different things... moving stars, guiding stars, making stars, controlling the sun/stars (take that Celestia/Luna), and a sweet cloak/cape made of stars!

The tools he has? Oh. They were Onyx-issue.

There was one set that was issued to his father:
-A Complete Access Card (the kind you swipe) in the form of an old Student I.D. The form can change, as it was once a government I.D.
-A Multi-Destruction Ray Blaster with stun/destroy settings. He hasn't used it in years.
-A screwdriver with interchangeable heads (Kinda like a real interchangeable head screwdriver) that perform spells when used.
-A box that decrypts electric panels/ button codes, other stuff (with some exceptions, it IS old.)
-Horse shoes that do things when clicked.
-Another device he hasn't used yet.
All devices camouflage into the general home surroundings.).

There's also a set that he obtained from Onyx when he worked there:
-An upgraded blaster more suited for destroying [has an overdrive and new settings]
-A screwdriver which has heads that flip in and out instead of get manually switched [also stronger and new settings]
-Also a couple of other objects.
(He wasn't trusted enough to be given everything)
The newer devices don't blend in to anything.
Midnight Blitz saves the latter set of equipment only for emergencies, as he hates the look of them...

To add on to that, when he was young, both he and his brother got "Honorary Detective's Licenses". This allowed them to investigate a suspicious scene without question. Only thing they can't do is anything else. Can't arrest. Can't call for backup. Can't squat.

(This character is probably going to be changed around over time, as I am changing him around on other RPs to see where he fits best.)

Occupation: None. His school was closed and he moved from the area.

Personality: He was at first the kindest pony you could find before the incident two years ago, but now, after spending time in "the area", he's become harsh to his partner, Fay'Ruse and is just a bit on the dark side to other ponies sometimes now. It WAS a dark place, it CAN do that stuff to a pony... but... why him?

Bio: A couple years ago, his school was mistaken and mixed up. He was supposed to go to another school, but he got stuck at Equestria's creepiest school ever. He ran into weird things during his stay, and made it his goal to set things right for the residents. He failed to be the one to do so, and was moved out of the area. Now he is stuck with his Shadowmorph partner that he freed from stone while practicing his favorite sport, baseball. The Shadowmorph, Fay'Ruse, claims it will be making his life a living nightmare. Today, they are side by side still, as they cannot be separated.

He knows how to use swords pretty well, as that's what he was practicing a lot before the trouble a couple years ago. Now he's practicing again.

Other: After certain "contact" with Fay'Ruse, Fay obtained the ability to transform Wild Pitch at its' will. Also, Wild Pitch cannot be transformed by any other source. Be it magic, potions, or anything else. Weapons of choice: A baseball bat or Fay'Ruse.

Hidden Talent: "Home Run"
He calls this "Home Run", but really, you don't need to use a bat. He can either use Fay'Ruse as a bat OR another weapon, be it mace, hammer, sword, anything really. It swings at the foe so hard it's like he hit a ball for a home run. The blade won't even cut through completely, just scratch, the blow blows them back that fast. (It will still hurt probably worse than if it did cut through, as air did cut straight through at very fast speeds along with a blow far back.)

(This mainly covers RD's past with Midnight Blitz and how I act as her. So it's not much at all here.)

(This Rainbow Dash is timely aligned with the Past Midnight Blitz (Post 1-2). Future Midnight (Post 2, Below 2) knows future events between them and such, but Dash doesn't. It's like they hardly know eachother. There's no future Dash.)

When Rainbow Dash was young and in flight school at Cloudsdale, she pulled off the first Sonic Rainboom. Just so happening to be in school with her was one Midnight Blitz, who actually never got to know Fluttershy at the time for some reason. Midnight Blitz, seeing the Sonic Rainboom, immediately took his turn and tried to make it at sonic speed, but failed and he had to be caught from his fall.

After the humiliation, he's tried challenging her every chance he got, and failed every time. He eventually gave her the name "Dash".

One day, when Dash was 18, Midnight challenged Dash from the roof of a hospital in Cloudsdale years after the last one (this is, oddly enough, the day Midnight met Fluttershy). He was beaten with handicap attached to her leg. Afterwards, he was given what Dash was wearing, a weighted anklet... heavy... and she raced another pony at lightning speed.

It seems since that day the two have become a bit closer... as Dash has gone as far as to cry on Midnight's shoulder before...
Time passed since then... what'll happen now?

Personality: This Rainbow Dash is the same as the canon one in almost every way... except...
Toward every challenge Midnight seriously threw at her, she shrugged off, then raced if she had to. Though, sometimes, if she's in the mood, she'll attempt to provoke HIM to race instead!

Not counting the time-travel going on here... 25 1/2 years ago, Midnight stopped wandering and joined a group intended on stopping another from destroying Equestria. Midnight decided to get inventive, as the guns he had before were out of date now. Seeing as Onyx was long dead and no one but him knew how the parts and pieces of the devices worked, Midnight reverse-engineered his first piece of Onyx-weaponry: The RK-52, a replacement for his other guns.

This gun didn't last him long through the battles, though. Even though the memory loss part of it helped out sometimes. It was a gun that shot magic quickly and in bursts, along with regular bullets. But that didn't seem enough. It couldn't be fixed yet, though...

The enemy burned down Canterlot, but they were still defeated... or so was thought.

It turned out the enemy would just not die, so everypony tried to find a way to kill him. Midnight was eventually separated from everypony else. Everypony in his group but him was sent many years into the future through a time flux. Midnight had to live it out to see them again. His friend from long ago, Cloudy, was recruited, and assisted Midnight in a mission to find 10 gems that they believed would destroy the enemy once and for all. On the way, they got hit with a sort of odd radiation. Midnight made a device to counter it, but the side effects "halved" the aging process. Later, it was discovered it cut it into 1/10th normal speed instead. Cloudy later showed that removing it could be... dangerous.

They collected not 10, but 11 gems, only discovering how much time really passed when they met up with everypony else.

...this may be boring you by now. IMPORTANT STUFF!

Midnight later used the gems and split into a good and bad side. When he eventually merged back together, he got stuck in a gem. When he emerged, the spirit of the gem shared a body with him, and had to be placed into a body (ropony) of its own. The spirit (Darius) eventually left.
