Mai Pokeymanz, Let Me Show U Dem - Lali loves video games. Most especially Pokémon. Or sure, she'll play some Bioshock, Mass Effect or Red Dead Redemption once in a while, but she will always, always return to her Pokémon. She owns every game created, the systems required to play them and takes exacting care of each item. Oh, and if you ever get a chance to visit her apartment, please don't be alarmed. She also collects Pokémon plushes, figures, stationary and DVDs. Don't worry though. It's not like she's anything like that Hello Kitty! chick. She hasn't stooped to buying Pokémon microwaves and toasters. Yet.
Who Shall I Be Today - Along with her *ahem* small addiction to pocket monsters, Lali is also an avid cosplayer. She enjoys working on costumes and wearing them out and about. She has a closet devoted to costumes she'd crafted and is particularly proud of her Tali'Zorah costume. Someday, she'd like to try creating a female Turian costume.
Music is the Language of the Soul - Whether or not she'll admit it, Lali is a born musician. While she can't play every instrument she touches, she can sing. She spends her nights out at any and every open mic night she can make it to. She's even managed to finagle her way into one or two paying gigs at a couple clubs. Nothing huge, but it's a start. And when she's not singing on stage, she's singing to herself in the shower, in the car, walking through the mall... well. You get the idea.
Virtues:
IMAGGINAAAATIONNNNN - To say that Lali is creative is a wee bit of an understatement. Sure, she's good at dreaming up stuff. But she prides herself on thinking outside the box. Sure, she could craft a costume piece out of foam rubber. But everyone uses foam rubber! It's time to try something different. Lali will forge her own, unique path and she will make her own success rather than treading in the same old, boring footsteps of her predessesors.
By the code I will serve you, Shepard - Once Lali's love and loyalty are given, they stay given. She would sooner cut off her own hands than hurt a friend or loved one. If you're one of her special people, Lali will have your back through thick and thin. And if you hurt someone Lali cares about, be prepared to have her come down on you like a ton of bricks. Seriously, facing the wrath of the gods would be a pleasurable experience compared to having a very angry and vengeful Lali Pope on your trail.
Big Heart Never Liked Little Cream Pot - Lali will give you the shirt off her back if you need it. She firmly believes in being generous and extending a helping hand to those in need. It is not uncommon to see her trailing a child's wagon filled with canned goods for the nearest homeless shelter. What's the good of being well off and having stuff if you don't share it around with other people?
Flaws:
Mother Hen-ing - There is love and generosity. And then there is Lali. She admits to meddling and mothering her loved ones. What she won't admit to, however, if the exact extent to which she lets her maternal instinct run wild. Oh no, you don't want to go out in that! It's raining and you'll catch a chill. No no! Much better to stay inside and let Momma Lali take care of you. Smothering and over-protectiveness ahoy!
Little Fuse, Big Explosion - Everyone has a temper. Lali, however seems to have all the tempers. She tends to react first and think (or apologize) later. And when she does react, it is usually with extreme verbal or physical violence. She tries to control her temper. Really she does. But then someone will go and do and say something stupid and infuriating and Lali cannot help but react. One good thing about Lali's devilish temper. At least she never holds a grudge. Of course, it is kind of hard to maintain a grudge when the kid you beat up in a fury in high school sees you, cringes and runs away very fast in the other direction.
Insubordination Nation - Lali does not do well with authority. Particularly as she feels that in most cases, she is the authority. She was born with a wildly independent streak and simply put, she prefers to lead. She can and will obey actual laws (traffic, legal, gravity), but outside of those umbrellas, she'll do what she wants. Lali's refusal to be bossed to death almost saw to it that she didn't graduate from High School due to skipped classes and ignored assignments. She barely keeps her part time job and prefers to earn her income by using her singing and costuming skills. In terms of being part of any organization, Lali is going to be viewed as trouble and most likely as the reciever of regular censure and punishment. Lali will forge Lali's own path and everyone else can ******** off and let her get on with it. The only times that this streak of independence have ever been reined in were when Lali's strong loyalties to people she loves came into direct conflict with any commands given.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Pale, heather grey in color, almond shaped, deep set
Hair: Bright Caribbean Ocean blue, style depends on the mood of the moment, though there will always be cute little clips or bits of ribbon somewhere
Face: Heart-shaped, pale, creamy skin. Average ears and nose. Typically wears bright teal or purple-pink eyeliner
Clothes: Lali is an enormous fan of cute, brightly colored clothing. A typical outfit consists of cute, belly baring shirt, arm warmers, shorts with bondage straps, thigh high socks, combat boots and baggy leg warmers over the boots.

Bottoms -- Dark grey poofy high waisted shorts over ocean-y blue-green thigh high stockings, see ref. Note, the white piping around her waist should be the same color as her stockings
Gloves -- Yes, dark grey finger gloves
Belt -- No belt
Shoes -- Cute dark grey ankle boots, see ref
Shoulders -- N/A
Accessories -- Dark grey O-Ring collar. Ring should be metallic version of stocking/piping color. Earrings and hair accessories, but those can be CC

EDIT! I'm sorry! I know I had given a trial stamp earlier but I've just come to the realization that I made an oversight earlier - there is not an equal number of virtues and flaws! Please add an additional flaw and quote me when you are done for a second review! You are off to a strong start so far. My apologies again for this oversight!

Thanks for revising! The newest flaw "Insubordination Nation" may be acceptable but needs rewording for clarification. Right now, it reads as too situational and not applicable to her life in an everyday basis (including her everyday life in the Negaverse). Some rephrasing or clarification may be needed, but I think the flaw is on the right track. How does this flaw play in with her jobs or schoolwork? How would this flaw play in with her role in the Negaverse and the assignments within? In your revision make sure that it does not contradict with her loyalty virtue. Does she rebel against those she has a strong loyalty to?

Here's a question I'd like to know the answer to before I finalize this... Why would the Negaverse want her? If she's got a crazy temper, and can't follow orders, which is what they're all about, what is the benefit in recruiting her? Do you foresee her developing a strong loyalty to her faction, or that she'll view their rules as "laws" she needs to follow? Beyond trying to figure out why she would be a good fit for this faction, she's about ready to go, so just quote me when you've got an answer!

Sorry for the delay in answering this! I just wanted to take a step back and get my thoughts organized so I could answer properly.
I very much see Lali following someone she cares about in at first and then developing that strong loyalty to the faction as a whole as she progresses and works more with them. She is going to end up starting off bumpy just because of her personality, but I do see and plan for that to smooth over the more Chaos infused she becomes. As for viewing Negaverse rules as laws, I'm sure once she's settled, that will happen naturally, but I prefer to go for the loyalty to the people she works with.
