Well, I've never really been a fan of lunch generally. Not fussed about sandwiches, I find them too boring. ;>_>
Anyway, we're planning on living in the library at uni next year, and to save money I'll need to take lunch with me, so I'm thinking salads are the way forward.
As much as a normal salad will do (lettuce, red onion, avacado, tomatoe, that sort of thing), I'll get bored of it if I have it every day.
So, I was wondering, do any of you know any good salad recipes?
This can contain anything - meat, other veg and so on.
The only thing I ask is that they don't require any dressing that could potentially leak in a container. ;>_>
