What I would like to see happen is a team of event coordinators who can keep this going and alive for a long time to come. People who are active, capable of creating pretty threads, coming up with unique ideas, and implementing them in a timely and organized manner.
I would like to come up with a calendar of sorts ahead of time so we know what's coming and is visible for everyone to come and check. We would have the established gaia events, such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc., and then make our own, personal, guild events everyone can get into.
This is something everyone can get involved with. I would like to have one or two leaders, probably myself or crew members, to make it happen, run the events, and keep it organized, but the discussion and planning should be guild-wide.

In another guild a few of us are in, we have yearly celebrations, including an anniversary week. It's pretty fun because we decide on a guild theme and do a dress up. So for Aekea we could have a week where we all decide certain Aekea items to wear, for example and all guild members wear those items for a week. It's funnest when the items are obvious enough that people could tell the avi's are connected when seen together outside the forum but each person has enough room to accessorize on their own and make the avatar customized.
We also do group photos every anniversary and hold art freebies, etc.
If we have quite a few artists, I wonder if we could also do something like an Aekea fan comic? Like a fanfic but not? XD Maybe something like the Battle Royale thread in the PP forum, where each person adds on as they go. I guess that could be a variation of an RP, too?
Maybe we could do some kind of monthly in-town event, too? Man, this is where I wish we could have larger houses, so we could make an actual large meeting place in towns, like a virtual town hall.
