I like the ruffles on the sleeves quite a lot and I like the volume of the hair.
I think that the anatomy is off, and you might want to look at how fabric drapes, especially for around the neckline.
Are you going to color it? :]

The only thing I don't like are the hands.
They remind me of an old woman with
