OQ constantly wears a cloak, this cloak however is a bit different than other Observer cloaks because it's actually a dark royal blue with golden linings and patterns along certain parts of it. The hood usually covers his entire head and face, occasionally his mouth will be revealed, usually before that happens he activates his mask. On the back of the cloak's hood he also has an Eye of Truth, allowing him to literally have eyes in the back of his head. His voice is usually scrambled.

Personality:
OQ is a very intellectual being, one of the most intellectual in the known realms, gifted with living through history, and having the sources Observers have at their disposal. Along with his intellect, he often remains very calm and approaches most situations calm as if he already knows the outcome. Because of his intelligence, he often finds himself attempting to predict the moves of opponents, or predicting what they say based on information he may have gathered on them through unknown means. This makes him extremely arrogant, he can often be found talking down towards his opponents in a very calm tone, thinking that he is too much for almost any opponent except for the very best because of his intellect, ability to manipulate reishi, and his speed to try and avoid physical hits.
Though with his partner and friend Sloth, he can act very out of place and out of character, actually showing annoyance and frustration with him, they can often be found bickering with one another.

Though he is not a Sin, because of the way he acts he is often referred to as "Arrogance"

Though it is not a weapon for combat, he did design a device that is implanted in his ear. If he knows he is at the risk of being identified, such as his cloak being discarded from his body, or the hood being blown up enough to reveal his face, he can press his finger up against his ear. (Bare ear or cloaked ear) as if he is pressing inside his ear, where reishi will suddenly solidify completely around his head and neck, this solidified reishi compresses against their head, and is a pure white and covers all facial features from view. Despite how it looks on the outside, and how solid it is, on the inside it's completely clear, and does not halt any facial functions.
Abilities:
OQ only has one ability that's constantly active, but many can consider this one ability to be countless abilities. Most, if not all Reiryoku/Reishi based attacks are effected by this ability. OQ is a master at manipulating Reiryoku/Reishi, whether or not it's his own. He is able to release some of his own Reiryoku and let it fuse in with any on coming Reiryoku based attack, and when his Reiryoku mixes in with the opposing Reiryoku it converts it into his own, and lets him utterly break down the attack, however it does not end there, after the attack is broken down, he is able to once again reform the attack with the same Reiryoku and launch the said attack in another direction, or even at the one who had launched it.. Literally turning their own attacks against them. He is also capable of redirecting attacks if he doesn't wish to break it down, or just break down the attack and absorb it's Reiryoku.
This renders all Reiryoku based attacks useless against him.
By using his reishi/reiatsu, along with permission of the other character's controller, and the character also being weaker than OQ {At least for the ability to be used with little effort} he is capable of forcing his own Spiritual power around something, such as a weapon, to neutralize any reiatsu/reishi based techniques or abilities it may have for a short period of time such as elemental manipulation. {Again, this can only be done with character controller permission.}
Eye of Truth:
Something that all Observers are capable of doing, by drawing, or carving, or anything similar to that of this symbol onto something by an Observer. It becomes a constantly activated symbol until its somehow destroyed or removed. This symbol allows either the one that created the symbol, people the creator allowed the single to share with, or various monitors in the Castle to view all in the sight of the symbol. This is because these crossed over eye symbol is a sign of the Observers, the eyes meaning that wherever that symbol is is constantly on watched, always being Observed.
The Gateway:
Each Observer also has the natural ability to create doors out of thin air, similar to that of a Senkaimon, however this creates a hole not just through space like a Garganta, but through space into another world, as its own Universe that is only accessible by an Observers Gateway.. This prevents intrusion of other beings into their world, as well as protects the innocent in their world.
High Speed Movement:
Though many Observers are that of a race with a Special Speed ability, those who lack such an ability still are gifted with the ability of High Speed Mobility, which, if they are of a high enough level, can keep up with that of a Shinigami's Flash Step or an Arrancar's Sonido.
