Hwayoung recently left T-ara and it is said that she left because she was bullied by T-ara members while some other say she was a pain to work with for the other members and that that is why she had to leave.
Heres an explination of the situation from a hwayoung-biased opinion so dont jump to conclusions from it.

I understood that. It was really painful to work with others members who didn't appreciate her.
