Many years ago, a meteor hit the moon, showering the Earth with fragments of both. Those that landed held immense power, and humanity's greatest enemy; The Scorpion Kings. Half man, Half Scorpion, they ravaged the countryside, decimating many small villages, growing their numbers with every kill. Few towns and villages are left, yet there is one country that was fighting back. Humanity's last hope;

The Moonlight Kingdom.

An untainted chunk of moonstone landed inside this country. The people discovered that the Scorpion Kings were weak against the rock. The people used it to make weapons that glow in the moonlight, piercing their flesh like paper.

There is a group of Kings, however, that are more human than Scorpion, that wish to fight against their kin, to have peace between human and King. Will humanity take it's home back from the Kings, or will they be wiped from the face of their home?

Story: Her mother was elf, but her father was human. She is not welcome among the elvish race, nor the human race because of her being only a halfling. So with her horse Rayne, she roams wherever she may.

Race: Human

Story: When the Scorpion Kings descended onto her kingdom her people insisted that she flee before they noticed her absence. Josine fled to the Moonlight Kingdom where she sought refuge. There she received a weapon made of Moonstone to help in their fight against the Kings. She didn't wish to enter the fight, but when she heard of her kingdom's fall, she joined them and never looked back on the downfall of her kingdom, she always looked towards rebuilding it later.

Other (optional): Josine is of Irish and English descent. She was married but her husband was not so lucky to make it out alive. Josine also doesn't know that she is with child as well.

Riding at full speed on Rayne, Dusk flew threw the meadow smiling happily. Leaning down she hugged Rayne and whispered, "The next town is just a few miles away, we'll get there in no time." Rayne neighed and ran, enjoying the way the wind felt in her main. Dusk smiled again and relaxed.

(I will make a style later when I am on my laptop and not on my mom's.)

Josine walked around the Moonlight Kingdom. She was told to stay in the kingdom for a few days after everyone had left their own way. The elders felt something strange coming from her and wanted to observe her to make sure that she was clean of everything. She had been there now for weeks since all had left. She was waking with a sudden sickness that went away by noon. She could only figure that it was just her surroundings. Dressed in her royal regalia, Josine walked along the waters edge thinking about her husband. He was the only one she ever thought of from her kingdom. She knew he didn't make it out when he never arrived to the moonlight kingdom when he said he would. They were trying so hard to start a family when their kingdom was attacked. Armed with a bag with extra clothes in it, a sword which broke after she got to the moonlight kingdom, and her trusty steed Sylviana, Josine fled her kingdom after the Scorpion Kings attacked. Josine looked into the water. Sure it had been about 4 months since their last attempt, but it couldn't be possible. She was told when she was young she might never bear a child, but it didn't stop them from trying. Josine sat on the banks and pulled out her new rapier. It was finished just 2 weeks ago, the day she was supposed to go with the others. Josine listened to the elders and stayed behind, but she would really like to know why.

General Giovanni V'kresh, Venom Division



Approaching the General's table, Giovanni sighed inwardly. This was supposed to be a short campaign, but these vermin... these humans, kept delaying the inevitable. This planet was rich in resources, that the humans had not even begun to tap into fully, yet their very presence contaminated it.

Not only that, but some of his own race had defected and joined the humans. Once captured, they would face a fate worse than death...

Standing at the table, General V'kresh straightened, his tails aligned against one another. He was the last to arrive.

"Where is Colonel Rajh? he asked, noticing the empty space between two generals.

"He is dead." Replied one of the Kings, who seemed to be missing a tail. "The Moonlight Army killed him on his assault on Ironport."

He clenched his teeth. The Moonlight Army was taking their best men, men older than Giovanni, and perhaps stronger as well.

"We no longer need him, then, if mere humans could kill him." he lied. They needed every king they could. Humans were numerous, but weak. In numbers, they could cause much harm. "We are almost done cleansing this planet, yet this country insists on fighting back. We need to actually use strategy when fighting them, and their allies. We need to cut off their supplies. We need to take Ironport..."

That caused an uproar at the table. Tails flicked towards one another, legs clicking on the stone floor.

"Listen! I have a plan to take Ironport, but you must listen.

After explaining the plan, the other Officers agreed.

Tonight, Ironport would fall...
