My unit and I the 1st Strike Force, were investigating large unknown shipments that would be passing through Hong Kong and on into Beijing then to Tokyo in Dec of 2013. Word got out from a Triad Informant that these were advanced Bio Drugs being bought from India and sold to the Criminal Underworld. For Weeks we gathered Intel on the shipment data and gave them to the Intelligence Bureau, and informed the US that they too should watch for smuggling of this Bio Drugs into US borders...
Finally all the data was in we had sanctioned a warrant to stop these shipments... Once at the Dock's we intercepted the Triad group sent to secure the shipments.. But then the PRC Government agents intervened claiming that they had full access to this operation and on behalf of the PRC they had to take the shipment to Shang Hai Labs to examine contents for potential dangers...
04:45 The PRC Agents loaded the Shipment Crates into C-130 and took off ...
I had told Chief Inspector that something in my gut was saying there's more to this case then just a few lose shipments from India containing a new drug?
He agreed and his response was : " ... There's always something more but we'll find out before they do .."
On that thought he promoted me on the spot to Inspector and made plans to charted a plane with myself and 5 other SDU operators to go to India and find out more about this Shipment .. Unfortunately as the task force and I were planning the operation we received a call .. The C-130 carrying the shipment had exploded( time 06:23) the Bio-Drug is now spread air borne North of the 3 District Hong Kong where mainland links with Hong Kong island..
Local Police Forces called in the SDU for needed assistance as the air borne drug was causing more problems then the Police Forces could handle. I volunteered to lead a team out to handle the crowd .. I learned soon it was no ordinary crowd of people we'd be dealing with anymore..
