In a world of simple things that aren't, a shapeshifting Princess named ____ was one day kidnapped by a mysterious but widely know Assassin and Kidnapper know only as the Blade for his signature throwing knives and use of only a dagger. He kidnaps her and hold her for ransom but things turn differently for him when he actually starts liking the brave girl that challenges him. She earns his respect and eventurely his love. But will it be for money or for love?

Knife is a daring and dangerous youth but has a bright side, enjoying the little things in his life that the Royalty had taken from the poor. He decided to kidnap the princess and hold her for ransom. If he manages to get the money he will be able to help almost everyone in the poor section of the city.

Knife was climbing the tower, using his climbing hooks to create hand- and foot-holds as he climbed. He growled silently, the tower was so high compared to the guard towers around the city. He finally made it to one of the windows and slid inside after the maid had left. He looked around and heard a gasp coming from the shower room. He smiled evilly and stalked towards it, silently opening it and holding his heavy dagger point out. He grinned at the half-naked girl in front of him and instantly knew it was the princess. "So Princess, we finally meet at last, you will be coming with me now." He took a few steps foreward and held the knife to her throat to show he meant buisiness.

Knife cursed his luck and tried to ignore the bare body. He raced over and put a temporary blockaide at the door to buy him enough time to get out of here. He packed a few outfits of hers and looked out the window. Surely enough his haystack cart was still there. He grinned and wrapped the clothes up and threw them down with a weight. They easily landed in the haystack. He walked back to the bathroom and carefully wrapped the Princess in the towel and carried her to the window. He smiled and hopped out of the window, landing easily in the haystack. He then covered her with hay and got in the driver's seat, pulling a hood over his head and driving his horses on towards the countryside. It soon became day and he sighed, looking around in the early dawn light to make sure no guards were tailing him.

Knife parked the cart behind his cottage far in the woods and got down, walking towards the back and moving the hay to the side. He smiled as he saw her awake and struggling. "Well morning there Princess, I see your wide awake. Now let's get you in the house and in your room." Knife almost forgot that he had slight Royals accent if he spoke too much. It had already started coming out and he silently cursed under his breath as he reached in and picked the Princess up. He threw her over his shoulder and used the other hand to pick the clothes up. He quickly walked inside and went to a room and set her on the bed. He set the clothes next to her and pulled out his knife. "Listen, I will release you now so you may get some clothes on but any funny buisiness and your father will recieve one of your fingers with the ransom note." He then slowly cute the bindings so she could move and take out her gag and walked outside. He shut her door and sat in the chair in the hallway, waiting for her to say she was finished. It was impossible for her to escape with the iron bars on the window and the stone floors, the only way would be through the door but he had that covered.

Knife hesitated when he heard a whoosh. He knew that noise by heart now, he had been a Royal for many years before we went Rouge. It was the sound of the few Rouge who could use Power. Power was a random ability bestowed upon the heart of certain selected Royals and their Powers could range from simple tricks to demonic transformations. He drew his knife and slowly opened the door, holding his knife close and ready. If this Princess posed too much threat he would have to put her down immediately or else he wouldn't last long. Damn, so much for the money and so much for wasting a pretty little young thing. Hell, she probally a virgin still. He sighed and opened the door, looking around curiously for her, still expecting her in her human form stupidatly enough.

Knife suddenly appeared up in the tree, munching on an apple he had gotten from the farm she had passed by. "Hello puppy, let's go back home." He jumped down before she could move and quickly tied her up. He hefted her on his shoulder and started walking, sighing as he looked at the sun. "It's going to take nearly two days to get back. Anymore trouble and poor little puppy is gonna have to go bye bye." He kept walking and sighed, he really hated to threaten anyone, including family.

Suddenly Knife's voice filled the air. "Sister, I understand your concern but there are things that are needed. If you have not seen it yet, soon you will. The poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer. Soon the poor will revolt and they will die. I intend to ransom you back so I may get enough money for the poor to start living slightly better. I apologize." The sound dissappeared but a slight silleoutte of Knife appeared in the air as he walked out through the door. He reappeared in the front of it and locked it, walking to the kitchen to prepare food for the both of them.
