how do i adopt a child on the ps3 iv already killed grelod the kind and completed the rest of the dark brother hood missions but the lady keeps saying the kids arent up for adoption

Yeah...No there is no adopting the kids. Can get married, will not have any kids though. About the only way to even sort of have one...If you hack the game on the PC and marry the produce vendor in Whiterun, move in with her and her daughter. About the closest thing I can really think of, but even then.
You want to adopt kids in a game, about the only one to come to mind is Fable 3.

bummer i saw online there was a mod where you could adot a kid and the kid would come with you on adventures

There was a somewhat pornographic bit of fanart that I once found that explained it pretty well-for skyrim, I won't share that here, but something for you all to look for if you wish. Mods arn't available in the 'Vanilla' version, that is the 'chocolate.' Maybe with sprinkles and a cherry...Banana slices...Or perhaps finished already and is just having a nice juicy steak... lol Thank you...

Mods can be moved to console versions of the game i am not sure on how to do it on Ps3 but I use them on my 360 a couple of programs and a flashdrive do it all.

i see will the transferring of mods cost me any money or leave me subject to legal trouble jail time lawsuit ect. or will it mess up my computer with viruses

This thread made me laugh so hard! rofl
I do think it would be awesome if you could adopt, though. I find it highly suspicious that they say, "We're not allowing adoptions right now..." Why have an adoption agency, then? They could say it's a foster home. Wow! This has really got me wondering if you can adopt kids in the future if your character owns a house. o.o Wouldn't that be something! I'm not a big fan of children but I felt bad for them, ya know?
