I think a fun place that we could all be locked up in or get trapped in would be a high school or really big university. Or possibly even a mansion? they are all big areas and have many rooms so we could easily board ourselves up in case the hordes of zombies get to be to much.

Hm, I made a mansion. Is that sort of what you had in mind? I may make a university or some kind of school in the future.

I think we need an actuall safe haven were we dont have to fight zombies all the time but only when they attack the walls. I mean its a place to commerce, have new characters join in, and a place to plan new areas. sound good?

You want a large area for a massive zombie survival setting try some place like Walt Disney World. Places to hide, food to find, tons of areas to fight. I wrote a campaign back in high school based there and it worked great. And just imagine between functioning rides and hordes of walking dead a few of the people could easily go mad twisted
