Reason for joining the Hitmen: He was the co-founder of the organization,backwhenhe was in high school,when it was headed by a man named Zero Wesker[deseased]. He is the head of the organization now.
Bio: Rico was a star quarterback in his high school years. Back when the war started,he enlisted in the Marines and reached the rank of captain due to his choice of actions and valor. His father was a member of the original Deathstroke project,which was a military science project to enhance a soldiers agility,strength,and brain capacity. This project was remade and the syrum was enhanced to give a soldier injected with it the ability to heal any wound on the flesh fast and inner organs as well,however the inner organs dotake sometime,depending on the soldiers capibility towithstand the sideeffects of the syrum. Rico was born with the original strand in his DNA,due to his father, but when he tookthe renewed version,it mixed well with the original,making him the greatest Super soldier ever to come out of the Deathstroke project. He can use over 90% of his brain which makes it hard to beat him,his agilty and strengthhave been advanced so that he can fight disarmed as well as arnemed equaly.He considers himself ananti-hero but none the less does heroic stuff as well as stuff considered evil. It doesn't phase him. He also is good at leading and executing. The syrum causes him to age slowly,he's somewhere in his forties,but looks as if he's just hit his twenties.
