This house is connected to the side streets by a gravel road, as if they started paving it and then just stopped for some reason. It's located a ways from the city, but not so far that it takes an hour or more to get there. The house itself is situated near a small forested area behind it and with decent sized front and back yards. It looks like a fairly wealthy person's summer home, or something of the sort, from the outside. Inside, it looks more like a middle class family lives here. The furniture, while nice, isn't outlandish or expensive looking, and the appliances look similar to what you would find in a typical house. Overall, the place, while not lavish, feels like home. It would be easy to see why someone would decide to live here.

The taxi delivered them to the house and the twins eagerly brought Athena inside to see. Yuu was pulling so much like a child eager to show her mother a new discovery that she just had to see.

Athena couldn't help but laugh as the twins eagerly dragged her out of the taxi to show her their home. "Is it really that special? All right, let's see what you've got." Athena hoped the house wasn't too large or opulent; growing up in Ireland her standard of living was far from lavish. She preferred living in a small, cozier environment, but still with enough space to move around in.

Aya and Yuugi simply grinned knowingly at each other before opening the door and dashing inside. Despite the exterior, the house definitely had a cozy interior that felt like home. Aya was currently lighting the logs in the fireplace, while Yuu was working on something in the kitchen, presumably making food. The atmosphere just screamed home.

Athena smiled with satisfaction at the home. It was very quaint, Yuuki was starting to make something in the kitchen while Aya set to work getting a fire going in the fireplace. It was very cozy, not too big or luxurious. And Athena couldn't have asked for anything better. "This is great!" She exclaimed in a joyful way that was a bit unlike her, yet at the same time walking into the home slowly, taking it all in. "I'm glad you don't have some big, gloomy mansion or something. This place reminds me of Ireland."

"Is that where you're from?" Aya asked, looking back for a few seconds before turning back to the fireplace. "That's that smaller nation next to England... right?" Yuu thought out loud as she worked on making some cupcakes. While the twins had lived alone for a while, they still went to school and did mostly normal stuff at school. Yuu was in the cooking club at school and they were having a baking contest soon. Aya was more sporty and managed a few of the school's female sports teams, usually playing with them when she wasn't doing actual work.

"Aye, at least, South Ireland, where I'm from. North Ireland is part of that blasted United Kingdom, along with Scotland, Wales and England." Athena scrunched up her face slightly. After she had looked around the house a little bit and found it to her liking, she sat cross-legged on the floor by the fire next to Aya. "Are you two from America?"

"Yeah. We were born here, as was our dad, but mom was from Japan." Aya replied. "She's the one who named us, and daddy liked to show us a lot of stuff from Japan that mom didn't. Both our parents wanted us to one day visit for a while, but we never did..." Yuu was quiet the whole time, not really wanting to say anything for fear he might burst into tears and the cupcakes would be ruined.

Athena nodded thoughtfully at Aya's reply. These kids were pretty young to already have lost both parents. Athena had always been extremely independent, and after moving out at sixteen, she wasn't extremely sad to leave home. She loved her parents, but she could take care of herself without them there. Come to think of it, Athena hadn't seen her parents for a long time.
