With four shows, featuring water pokemon, natural ocean life, and acrobatics in four thrilling tales--Including the new Kyogre (ditto) Rocks Night Show! Remember that the first ten rows of seat will alway have a good chance of getting very wet--rightly called "Splash Spots".
With the park being backed up against the ocean, the tanks can keep expanding to ensure the health and happiness of ocean animals and ocean pokemon.
All purchases go into the aquatic research team and to feeding and providing medical care to all park inhabitants. Every tee-shirt, every entree fee, every meal, helps to care for and research these amazing creatures.

On either side of each stadium are gift stands, dinning areas, photo spots, viewing point, and chance encounter spots! If these animals or creatures are curious enough about you, they might just come up close enough to touch and interact with. Some encounters may even have fish-treats to give out to the animals or pokemon.

This thread also has all none show aquariums and encounters:
Shark and Sharpedo (as well as other more aggressive ocean pokemon) tanks
Sting ray and Mintine encounter (ray families for guests to feed and interact with)
Manatee Bay
Turtle Reef
Starfish Tide Pools (Variety of starfish species, anemones, staryu/starmie, and other docile bottom dwelling pokemon for guests to touch and interact with)
Eel aquarium
Arctic Adventure Area (view points to see arctic oceanic animals and pokemon, including penguins and penguin like pokemon, walruses and the spheal evolutions, polar bears and beartic evolutions)

[Note* All legendary pokemon in the shows are not as they appear (ditto) and no trainer(s) have a legend captured]

"Pokemon trainer free entree! This week only folks! See the ocean world as you've never seen it before! People, Pokemon, and Animals together in harmony!" A man dressed as a sharpedo called out to advertise.

"Those girls were really nice to mention all the events going on in Alcove City, but I would have come here anyway because of the professor," Lydia smiled, feeling like a kid as she entered the gates to the amusement park. Immediately, she was in awe of the sheer size and the kiosk stands in the opening plaza. "But I really wish I knew how to find the professor..." She gave an awkward groan.

"Do you need a park map miss?" A boy with a seel painted on his face handed a wide stretch of paper to her. His arm was full of them. It must have been clearly obvious who was a regular and who was new to the park. Still, the smile on his face looked like he understood completely, and it was comforting to stare at.

"Um... Oh. Hey thanks!" Lydia smiled back, feeling renewed with her confidence. "But can you point out where Professor Alder might be?" The boy gave a strange look, standing almost twice as tall as Lydia. "See, I need to sign up for the pokemon league, but I heard the professor wasn't in her lab."

"Oh, you don't need to worry about that," He continued to smile. "One of the professor's assistants can get you registered. The professor is helping to investigate one of our star pokemon's sudden change in behavior."

"Star pokemon?" Lydia blinked.

"Ya," the boy pointed at the poster for the Kyogre Rocks show. A big "canceled" tape climbed across it. "The star pokemon in our Whale Pool stadium had an accident with one of the trainers, and has been acting weird ever since, so we've had to cancel all the shows."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, in the middle of a regular show, right as our star orca tosses the trainer, Kyogre is supposed to jump with him like a shadow. But instead, it collided with him, and he was badly hurt. Since then, it's been harder and harder for our star pokemon to even finish half the show. And no body knows why. Less and less people come to see the show, and the pokemon has lost it's will to perform."

"This has Team Chronos written all over it!" Lydia listened to the familiar behavior. "Can you show me where the stadium is? I think I might know what's wrong!" Her tone was determined. The boy gained an awkward expression, shocked by what she had said and unsure of what to do.

The walk from the whale stadium to the other side of the park and through the staff quarters to the medic-center was a long and tedious one. Lydia's legs felt like lead by the time they got to Rick's room--Rick being ditto's trainer. "Hey," Rick had greeted weakly, with various parts of his body cast up and elevated to reduce the swelling. "It's not every day I get so many visitors. I was starting to get lonely," He joked, trying to seem happy. "Hey, look who it is: How's my star pokemon doing?" Ditto shuttered and flinched.

"Ditto has stopped eating now. And it's lost its love for performing. We're having to cancel the show," Ditto's care taker explained in a solemn tone.

"Ditto? But ditto loves performing."

"Do you know why it might be upset?" The gymleader asked eagerly.

"Maybe it is upset that you got hurt," Alder assumed.

"No," Rick said, trying to think. "I know ditto didn't mean to crash into me. It was an accident. I don't blame ditto, I would never do that. Ditto is my best friend. I understand that it didn't mean for this to happen." He smiled over at the depressed pink blob. Ditto looked up shyly, as if it had been punishing itself this whole time until it heard those words.

"Do you remember anything about the accident when it happened?" Alder pressed on.

"Not much," Rick said. "It was a normal routine. We must have done it dozens of times. But... I kind of remember ditto looking a little distracted during the jump. After that, I must have blacked out, cause I woke up being carried away here."

"Distracted? I wonder why..."

"I don't know. Ditto loved to perform, especially if there were a lot of kids in the audience." Rick seemed genuinely puzzled. "I heard about the railing a few days ago. The nurse was talking about it. But I can't help thinking about how distant that would make the audience from the show..."

Silence.

"That's it!" Lydia hit her fist down on her hand with an idea. "How long ago did those kids in the audience get hurt?"

"Huh?" Ditto's care taker looked up. "I dunno. The same day as the accident I think. Why? Do you think it has something to do with Ditto's mood?"

"I think ditto feels bad," Lydia said. "It loved when kids came up to watch it, right? So if some kids got hurt and it saw, it might be feeling responsible for it," She explained. "And it's just like ditto's trainer said: those bars make the audience feel restricted and distant from the show. I know I wanted to get as close as I could during that performance, and I bet ditto felt the distance too. I bet that's why it's been so upset!" Ditto looked up as Lydia spoke, blinking up at her as if it had guessed some crush it had on someone.

"But we can't take the bars down and risk another accident," Her escorting boy worried.

"Maybe there's some other way so that no one would slip," Lydia pushed. Pika! Pika pi.

"But how?"

Lydia stopped to think. Something to prevent slipping in a very wet area. What could it be? "What about... what about those sticky tiles you put in your shower or bath tub? They were made for this sort of thing!" She felt proud of her simple solution. Ditto perked up at the idea. "The show is all about getting closer to pokemon and animals, but a fence makes it feel just the opposite. And I bet ditto feels like that the most." It made sense. but now the question was: how to present this solution?

"Maybe they can be cut outs of the pokemon and the animals," Alder suggested. "It would fit right in, appeal to the kids, and maybe there could be a stock to sell too?"

Sunset. "The board members are working now to try and set up the new stadium safety for all the shows, and even some of the encounters," Said Kent, Lydia's escort for the day.

"Thanks to your help, the stadium will be open soon, and ditto is starting to cheer up already!" Said ditto's care taker. "Professor, is there any way we can thank you?"

"The research this park provides is enough for me and our gymleader. I'm eager to see more progress," Alder said graciously.

"Speaking of which," The trainer noted, "Where is the gymleader?"

"His gym challenges have been backed up with all this fuss. He'll be taking on challengers for the next week or so," Alder smiled sympathetically.

"A full week?" Lydia groaned. "I guess I'll have to come back to this gym later then..." She sighed with her pokemon.

Professor Alder laughed. "We still need to get you registered."

"Oh ya, that's right! I forgot."

"Why don't you head down to the pokemon center for tonight, and come to my lab in the morning?"

"Sure thing! Thank you very much!"

"And be sure to come back and visit," Kent said. "We'll be sure to save you the best spot for our night shows the next time your in Alcove City."

"I'll be sure to see it the very next time! You can count on that!" Lydia smiled as she made her promise. Dit ditto! Pika chu! Her pokemon said their cheerful goodbyes.
