I think it needs a Kor Firewalker or two, to me you can do a good red/white standard without it

In terms of the posted decklist, you might want to consider playing volt charge while you still can so that you can speed up the growth of your dragon, or consider safe passage as a sideboard card so that you can blunt any attacks, but still get the counters you need.

I am looking at this list, and I honestly think it is a bit scattered to all kinds of ideas. A good idea I am thinking for this deck is perhaps Boros Humans.

Most of these cards should be cheap, the only expensive (over $10) you will have troubles in are bonfire, cavern and restoration angel. The rest is pretty cheap and easy to get. I have a Selesnya human deck and it just gets annoying to players

I do not buy online either. I just get the ones I need at my LGS by either trades or buying them at the shop. I got a good amount of my cards by drafting
