Each individual included in Ragnarok can have their own goal but the main goal of everyone included in Ragnarok is to collect people who possess Kekkai Genkai. Once enough power is collected Ragnarok wishes to create the ultimate Kekkai Genkai.
So far the three people who created the organization are all considered S ranked criminals in certain rural areas. The organization is not widely known due to one of the members strong Genjutsu powers leaving many people unstable or mentally damaged. Those who do know of the organization don't know or remember much about it.
