Alright. Well, needless to say, the guild is in need of frequent roleplayers, and I have list of things I need to take care of.
New Roleplays. I'm sure we'd all like something fresh to do, right? And I'll be closing down Demonic Haven : Angelic Destruction unless anyone would like to keep it open. Without Broc, and very little to do in that RP, there's no one for me to RP with...
Ranking System. I think I'd like to go back to our original idea for this, where we based it off of the amount of posts one makes. I think that's the easiest way, and, of course, there may be prizes for people who are active...however, some have posted more than others since they've been with the guild longer, so that's one flaw in the plan. Feedback and ideas will be loved~
Moderators. Though I can try, I think I'll need a few people to help out around the guild. I'm gettin' back in the swing of things reguarding school, and I leave on trips somewhat often. (It seems to have been every few months, but after my Europe trip in the summer, I'm not planning on going anywhere for a while.) So, if you would like to nominate someone, or ask to be a moderator yourself, PM me or post here.
New Guild Members. Gasp! Yes, that's right, you'll be seeing me in the recruitment thread now. We need to advertise our guild and gain new recruits, so ask friends or RPers you know if they'd be interested in joining us~
If you've got any ideas on how we can improve and get recognized, be sure to PM me them or post them!

I really didn't like that old ranking system. I didn't even do it after a while. Maybe you could have like how many rp's have been started and are being actively run by individuals.

I'm not sure that there's a need to for rankings. It's novel at first but soon becomes just that much more book-keeping.
To help get new members, or more precisely remind old members we're here, a pm could be sent out to our member list asking if their still interested in roleplaying. We might get a few back.

I am still here, just... A little brain dead when it came to posting... Try becoming friends with Love and Justice: Magical Girls of Gaia, I am part of the crew there. A lot of people go there and bring up new RPs and deleting the locked ones... It would be good if you made friends with other guilds ^^

Yeah, you're right. Ranking systems really aren't needed...and they get really hard to keep track of after a while.
Making friends with other guilds, eh? Sounds like a good idea. ^^ I'll check that one out.
The PMing thing is a good idea as well. Though, there are over 90 people we'd have to PM...so if anyone wants to help, just PM me or post here, and we'll divide up the member list. ><

There isn't a way to send a form message to all guid members that I've found. I did this at one other guild to weeded out a lot of people who had joined but never came out to RP. Why people do that, I don't know. Makes no sense at all.
Assign me some names and I'll send out reminders. Affilate guilds sounds like a good plan too. I'll talk to Sirendra, guild captain at Kroy and see what she says. Like here, it's under going a remodeling period right now though, so it's not exactly at it's best.
Aside from Demonic Haven/Angelic destruction, will we be getting rid of any other RP's, starting over the any of the ones that are good idea's but have lost too many key characters to flow properly, and/or genrally cleaning up alot of the old stuff that's been dead for a long time?

I would very much be interested in making new roleplays with other members, as you said here;Gouka Kitsune New Roleplays. I'm sure we'd all like something fresh to do, right? Anyway, I'd think that it's perfectly fine for anyone of the guild to create a new thread, as long as they get an "OK" with everyone -or- me first. 'cause I don't want lots of unused threads to delete. Since, yes, we do have the power to delete threads. Broc's rules are confusing me now... x-x I wish that he had left us with a better idea of things.
And as for PMing members - I'm working on sending out PMs to people from Love and Justice : The Magical Girls of Gaia right now. So here's how we can split the list...
Well, actually, it's simpler than I thought. Each person just takes one page - be sure to say which of the six pages you'll be taking so we don't send repeated messages out to people. And then I'll take the rest.

Edit: I did page 3, but my cold medicine is making everything kinda fuzzy so I'm going finish tomorrow. Edit 2: Just finished off pg. 4 will either get to pg. 5 later tonight, or perhaps in the morning.
