"Shadow" Status: Widowed Postion: Hunter Skill: Stealth Vhan smiled as he walked in with Aqua and set the box he brought back with him on the table next to the front door. "You go and get changed and i'll make some hot coco to warm you up." He said since when they made their way back it had gotten windy and he figured she had gotten cold from it since she fell in the water at the park. He let her go do her thing while he went into the kitchen and began to heat up some water and got the coco powder mix out along with some small marshmellows that Aqua said she liked to have with her coco.

She nodded and smiled at the thought of hot coco since the wind had chilled her due to the water. She went to change and grabbed a new pencil. She grabbed a baby blue long sleeve shirt and a pair of her comfy jeans. In the for weeks since she began to live with Vhan, she had never worn anything that didn't cover her arms or her legs no matter how hot it was outside. Even in her skirts, she'd have tights or thigh high socks in to keep them covered. She brushed her hair out and pulled it into a loose braid that wrapped around the side of her head and down the front of her shoulder. She came out to the kitchen to see Vhan putting the little marshmellows in the coco. Her smile brightened. She set her notepad on the counter with the pencil.

"Shadow"Status: Widowed Postion: Hunter Skill: Stealth Vhan smiled as he saw her come into the kitchen wearing long sleved clothing as always. He already figured out she was hiding scars or something, but it wasn't like he really cared, his own body was covered in at least fifty scares of his own. He gave her a warm cup of the coco as he grabbed the box and pulled it over towards him and he unlocked it. As he opened it some dirt puffed out in a cloud of dust, causing him to cough. But when the dust faded he smiled as he looked into the box that was full of pictures of him and another female wolf when they were younger, more then likely his mate. She had long blonde hair like Aqua's but her eyes were a deep blue and her hair was shorter and not braided.

Aqua held the cup in both hands and sipped the coco for a little while as he opened the box. She covered her mouth when she saw the bit of dust. Curiosity getting th better of her, she walked over to stand beside Vhan and looked into the box at the pictures. She had noticed the smile on his face, noticing it didn't look as fake as the ones she had seen since she came here. She set her cup down carefully and reached for her pad and pencil. 'She's pretty. I'm kinda jealous, she looks more human than me just because her eyes are blue. Was she your mate?' She wrote for him to see. She picked one up gently and looked at it better. 'Must be hard for him with me here since we look similar. She was a very beautiful girl.' She thought to herself as she gently placed the picture back in the box.

"Shadow"Status: Widowed Postion: Hunter Skill: Stealth Vhan smiled softly as he read what she wrote and looked back to some of the pictures. "Yeah, she was. Me and here were always teased about our blue eyes since back then blue eyed wolves weren't as common." He said smiling softly as he pulled one out of them sleeping next to each other under the tree he had dug the box out of from underneath that a freind had taken of them. "We made this box up to look back on it in the future, after ten years and we had pups of our own... but i guess since that can't happen, it's okay for me to take these back..." He said softly as he set the picture back down and rubbed his eyes, fighting back the need to cry.

Aqua smiled softly at the picture he pulled out, they were cute together. She noticed him rubbing his eyes. She could tell he was trying not to cry. 'I'm sure she's glad you are looking at these and thinking of her right now. She'll always be watching over you and hoping for the best for you. What was her name?' She asked him. She knew he wouldn't want to cry but it might help him feel better if he did. She still woke up in the middle of the night sometimes, tears streaming down her face from the memories she was carrying with her. she hated it but she felt better when she cried.

"Shadow"Status: Widowed Postion: Hunter Skill: Stealth Vhan took in a few deep breathes as he let a few tears run down his cheeks before they stopped, he promised himself he wouldn't cry or mourn for her anymore after the day he buried her. "Alice, her name was Alice..." He said smiling softly as he pulled more pictures out of the box and looked at them all before leaning back into his chair. "She told me once that if she ever died before me that i shouldn't mourn her death, because it would make her feel sad because she wasn't there to comfort me." He said smiling softly as he fixed his glasses into place. "So we made a promise, that if one of us died, we'd still live our lives happily, find a new mate because we both didn't want each other to be alone forever..." He said smiling softly as he closed his eyes and remembered that day when the promise was made.

'She had a lovely name. I'm sure she'd understand if you cried once in a while.' She wrote out and set it down for him to read. Aqua then walked around behind him and placed her arms around his shoulders and hugged him, leaning her head down beside his. It was her way saying it's alright.

"Shadow"Status: Widowed Postion: Hunter Skill: Stealth Vhan smiled as she came around behind him and hugged, he leaned his head lightly against hers as he put his hand on hers. "I'm sure would. But i'll wait till it's the annaversary of her death before i start crying too much..." said smiling, but it was different then his forced smiles, it had a sense of pure happiness in it, something that he hadn't shown since the day his mate died. a true smile...

Aqua smiled seeing him happy now. After a few minutes she let go and went back to her cupof coco and finished it. She sat down across from Vhan and pulled her pad over to her and began to sketch him again. It had become a habit now and she was constantly drawing him when they were sitting down together.

He took her cup back into the and cleaned it out before walking back to the table where she was. "I'm going to take a quick shower, i feel dirty from dig the box up." He said as he walked up to his bedroom and then went into the master bathroom that was connected to his room and undressed as he started some hot water.

Aqua nodded to him as he left. she smiled as she finished her drawing of him and wandered towards her room. she laid on her bed and pulled her sleeves up. she put some music on and put in her earphones. She had her legsbent bent so that her pants fell down. Her arms and legs were covered in scr. The ones close to her wrist were obviously self inflictated but the other were very obvious that they were from abuse.

"Shadow"Status: Widowed Postion: Hunter Skill: Stealth Vhan sighed as the hot water ran down his scared body. He had multiple cuts, brandings, silver burns, claw marks across his chest and back. He turned the water off after he was done and dried off with a towle before wrapping it around his waist and walking back out in the hallway. He had done luandry before they left for the park so he didn't have any clean clothes in his room yet. He knocked on Aqua's door before opening it. "Aqua give me your dirty clothes cause i'm about to do-!" He froze when he saw Aqua nearly half naked on the bed listening to her music and she was covered in scars, not like he cared much since he was showing off his own scars.
