Hey there, everyone~
As a marching band member who has graduated in this past year, I've finally realized that I won't be a part of the marching band anymore. It's kind of surreal, to leave behind the underclassmen who were, admittedly younger than yourself, but still your comrades and friends all the same. However, I'm planning on returning for a surprise visit during Band Camp in a couple of weeks.
What I want to know is: is any other graduated member going to make a heartfelt return to their band? Or are there any current members looking forward to someone paying a visit during Band Camp? c:

I only went back a couple times last year. Once was because my friend and peer was teching and told me I'd get free sushi at lunch, once was because the same friend needed a ride, and once because I needed to get a piccolo. Oh, and I did visit a couple times in the winter to get my Jazz Band recording and give away leftover Christmas cookies. Quite frankly, I don't like going back to visit too often because I came out of a band that was acting way more mature and uncaring than it should've been.
Since my sister's going into high school, though, I'll be attending her football games and competitions when they don't conflict with my marching band schedule.
