Bad movies are fantastic. There's nothing quite like watching actors stumble through forced puns while battling second-hand monster puppets. That s**t is quality entertainment, improved only by popcorn and commentary, which brings me to the main point. Unfortunately, I'm not rooming with the cast of Mystery Science Theater, so I'll have to make do with you chumps.
I was thinking about setting up some kind of guild movie night. The idea is that we'd stream movies and skype chat over them. If you're interested, here are some questions to answer:
How often should movie night be held?
What days and times are you available? What would you prefer?
What movies should we watch?

Weekends work best for me, especially once school starts up again. Evenings are best, and I might be able to manage something on a weekday if it's in the evening. Don't know.
I tried watching Plan 9 from Outer Space, but it was just beyond horrible. I couldn't even make it through the whole movie. So, ummm... I'd say any horrible movie but that one? Or maybe I could make it through with people to help me make fun of it.
Maybe we should watch something with Nic Cage or Keanu Reeves...

I'm thinking a Saturday Night, so that folk can wake up in time for school or work on Monday.
Alright, we can wait on Plan 9.
Currently on my list consists of the horror films Troll 2, Gremlins, Death Bed: The Bed That Eats, Night of the Lepus, and Sleepaway Camp.
Also, I really want to watch Kingdom Chums, because I have a poorly made religious films are also a secret passion of mine.

I am available on the weekends! Friday nights sound like an awesome time for movie night for me, especially after work. 7:30-8:00 start time would work really nicely for me if it's on Friday, or Saturdays/Sundays at 7:00 or later would be good.
I'm not too familiar with many older bad movies, so any of those sound fabulous. As far as Nic Cage goes, I'm always up to watch Con Air again. Also The Wicker Man.
I have been curious about The Room since I heard of its cult favorite status.

Gremlins with Gizmo and all of that craziness? I think I have that on VHS somewhere...
Okay, if you're thinking of doing Gremlins, then I'd also suggest Small Soldiers.
I've only ever seen spoofs of The Wicker Man and never the actual movie...

[ Oh man, this sounds right up my alley. Tossing my vote into the Con-Air pot too. One of my favorite films. heart
I have access to xfinity.tv, plus premium channels, so I can throw Disney knock-offs, B-movies from the sixties and stuff like, "3 Ninjas Kick Back" into the mix.
Any of these, pretty much.
I'm not too picky about the time/day... though early evening might be tough for just this month because dinner with family. After that, s'all good. :U ]
