Captain Rain walked stood on the deck of her ship, waiting. Her men had just gone out to capture the king and queens son. Honestly, Rain that it was a ridiculous and obscured idea but she was being paid for it so why not. Take their son, keep him for a while, take him on their voyages and bring him back. Maybe that would make him a proud little warrior for his parents. Rain scoffed. It was ridiculous how the minds of some people worked. She put a black hand to her waist as she saw them now. She sent out six of her biggest men in hopes to capture him and she'd done it. It took them longer than expected however.

Rain watched as they carried him on to the boat and looked to her for direction on where to take the prince. She pointed below her and they nodded taking him to one of the many rooms in the ship before chaining him to a bed. A little cliche yes, but oh well. Rain waited for her men to come back up before setting sail. Once she had the boat out far enough, she walked down to the lower deck and into the house like part of the rooms walking until she saw an open door. Her boots clicked softly against the hardwood as she walked and turned just to see the young man before her.

Rain was much. She was only five feet in height, one hundred twenty pounds, but she could fight and man could she fight well. Rain walked in the room looking at him. Her Captain's hat tipped down so there was a shadow on her face causing it very hard to see her features. The black hat sat nicely on her long red hair and her small tan hand immediately went to her waist. She was wearing a dress made from a man's shirt, a vest, her boots and of course the sword around her waist. Her wrist were covered by the sleeves on the shirt but when she rolled them up they were decorated with leather and beaded bracelets as her father's was underneath them being tattoos that like her father's as well.

"Well, well, well, look what we have here." she spoke. Her voice soft but her Australian accent thick and rich. "My, my, my I do have to say, it is a wonder why you aren't married just yet your such a dashing young man." She added before leaning on a bed post opposite him and opening a hand. The keys to his handcuffs hung from her middle finger. "You want these?" She asked. Of course he would want to be unchained. The room, for someone who was captured however wasn't bad. It was a nice sized bed, a window with a small curtain over it and the bed was draped in nice sheets as well as some other furniture here and there and a mirror. She stood there silent waiting on him to say something. Anything.

Ulrich was minding his own business horse back riding when his parents decided to send a servant to call him inside. He sighed and rode back to the stables. He dismounted and unsaddled his horse. He washed him down and then brushed his coat before going inside. He was told to take care of his horse and he did. That and Blaze was basically one of his best friends. The two of them could communicate without having to speak even though Blaze was a horse. He walked inside and was told that he was to go to town and collect an item. It was too important to send a regular servant. He sighed and grabbed his sword before leaving for town.

On his way to town was when the pirates attacked him. He fought hard but he was surprised and outnumbered. He was able to get a slash in before he was knocked unconscious and then dragged away. He was partially conscious though when they started dragging him away. He really wanted to know where they were taking him. Clearly they didn't want him dead or they wouldn't have bothered to take him. He was brought onto a ship and then chained to a bed. He looked around and wondered where he was. He lost consciousness again.

When he regained consciousness he could hear a clicking sound. He realized that it was footstep coming closer to the room. He looked up at the door and saw a women who was obviously the captain. He groaned as a wave of nausea overcame him. He closed his eyes and opened them again. He heard her compliment and then saw the keys. He wanted them but he wasn't going to let her play games with his mind. "You very well know that anyone chained to a bed would want the keys to get out. Though what I really want to know is why did you go to the effort to kidnap me?" He looked around the room trying to take in his surroundings.

Rain cocked her head to the side before removing her hat. She had beautiful hazel eyes that seemed to have every color under the sun that were complimented by long thick eyelashes. She was truly a thing of beauty. Could have made a great life on land but she was attracted to the see. She wore thick black eyeliner like her father but still she looked gorgeous as if she were a goddess or something. Her only flaw, the heart shaped pupils, a birth defect of hers. Rain ran a hand through her thick, long, wavy hair and looked down at her running her fingers along the rim.

"I don't think I like your tone very much." She said softly looking at him. With that Rain walked over to him and grabbed the cuffs. "Make a move and I will slit your throat in a heart beat." She murmured before uncuffing him. With that, she held on to the handcuffs and backed away. "Just so you know, you're over the ocean right now so there is no possible way you are going to get away. Now, if you would like, you can come on deck but if you don't just stay down here." Rain didn't look to be any older than twenty, and she wasn't. She was only nineteen. See the king and queen had another plan brewing.

They were going to see if their son would fall in love with Rain and if Rain would do the same so that he wouldn't be alone. Rain however, didn't know about this part of the plan. She smiled and turned sharply before putting her hat back on and stopping at the door. "By the way, the name is Sparrow. Captain, Rain Sparrow." She said before walking off and up the long stairway to the lower deck. Her personal servant coming to aid her side as she walked. She was highly respected by her people on this ship. And she appreciated that. She worked hard to earn their trust and hadn't steered them wrong yet.

Ulrich watched Rain. She was very beautiful but as a prince he saw a lot of beautiful women. His head was pounding as he finished hearing her talk. He watched her walk over to him and take off his handcuffs. He did not doubt that she would have no problem killing him if she made a wrong move. He could smell her as she was close to him. The smell was good but it really only made his head hurt a bit more. He watched her walk away and sighed. This was going to be awful especially since he was already out at sea.

Ulrich stood up and made his way to the door. Rain sparrow. He had heard about her father and his tales but he never thought that he had a daughter. He walked up onto the deck and looked around. The sun was bright and he had to shield his eyes. He had been sailing before and was a natural out at sea. He just didn't sail much because he was the prince. He had to go over royal business and all of that such. Plus he had run into a patch of bad luck and had no way out.

Ulrich looked around and noticed a few of them men looking at him. They weren't looking at him trying to intimidate him. Really it just looked like they were curious. He sighed and looked around a few more. He made his way to the wheel and looked at the map that was near by. He was hoping for the boats course but there was nothing on it. He could see the town they were coming from and judging from the sun's position he could see which way they were going. It was odd that she didn't say anything about a ransom or anything. She was just giving him freedom to do as he pleased.

Rain made her way back to the wheel. She didn't use maps, just a compass. One she had stolen from her father long ago. It showed you to your deepest desires, and right now, her deepest desire, finding her father and the pearl. Her servant continued to walk along with her. He was short and pudgy with a squeaky voice and was always nervous, but Rain liked him. He was her best friend even though he was older than her. In his late twenties actually. She saw Ulrich up by the wheel and calmly walked up even though Larman was freaking out about the situation.

"You won't find anything there. I don't use maps. I go wherever my will takes me." She said with a soft smile. "Come, let me show you around. Larman, keep the ship on its destined path." She said as she gestured for the prince to follow. "Obviously this is the deck of the ship and all my men." She said before leading him down the staircase. First she took him in the opposite direction of his room "This is the dining area." She said gesturing to the only door on the left. "And this is the kitchen." She gestured to the door on the right. With that, she turned around and walked him through a long hall.

"Down here you have, the weapons rooms, and several bedrooms as well as the area where we bathe and a place to use the bathroom." The only door she opened for him down that hall was the bathroom. "We also have a dungeon." She said as she walked him back down the length of the boat. With that, she took him back down the hall in which his room was. Here we have your room, and my room. She didn't open her bedroom door however before leaning against it. "This is my ship. I know you're wondering why I haven't come up with a ransom on how many ounces of gold I want yet and that's because I want to wait and see how much you're worth to me."

With that, she gestured for him to follow her. She was graceful, much more graceful than her father and mother combined. "I don't have many rules for you because I like to keep things a fair game. You, mate, aren't allowed into my bedroom unless I tell you and oh yeah, don't touch my wheel unless I tell you." She said looking up at him. "Besides me directly, the only person you need to believe is Larman and if another crew member comes to you saying that I have said something, well, don't believe them." She motioned for him to walk with her further down the length of the boat. "I will worn you, my private office is above your room so forgive me if I awaken or disturb you during your slumber."

Rain continued walking and naming her men before taking him back to the other side of the boat. "I'm not going to chain you up, starve you or make you walk the plank. I will treat you with respect, and dignity and I look forward to that in return." With that, Rain began to walk away but stopped and turned back to him walking towards him once more. "I also have to say if you have a problem with seeing a naked woman, you may want to not before barging into the bathing area and bathrooms." She said and with that she turned and strolled off. Her small ring covered fingers gripping her sword tightly as she walked up the stairs to the wheel and took control once more.

Ulrich was busy looking at the map when he heard footsteps coming towards him. He quickly glanced up before seeing Rain with another man. He nodded to her and then smiled softly before following her on the tour. The kitchen and dining all was pretty self explanatory. Though they were moderate size. He had been it much larger dining halls though they probably smelled better than this one two. But he guessed that pirates didn't really have a drive to be overly clean.

He continued to look around and was shown the weapons room and the bathroom. The bathe room was pretty large and realized that he might not get privacy whenever he wanted to bathe. He sighed and continued to follow her to the bedrooms. He noticed that her bedroom was right across the hall from his. He had no idea if that was planned or not but he could probably sneak in.

He followed her again and noticed her grace. A grace he never thought a pirate could have. He was a prince and gracefulness was something that came naturally. He had the grace of the fabled elves and he could tell that she did too. Elves weren't real but the stories made them out to be creatures who seemed to walk on air. He did not mind if she woke up up and he wouldn't believe any of the crew anyways. Though he would probably end up sneaking into her room sometime.

Now that they were back on the deck, Ulrich could feel his headache leaving. He memorized every name of the crew. He was glad that he wouldn't be chained or starved. He walked over to the wheel and laughed. "Don't worry I will treat you with respect Ms. Sparrow and whether I want to see a naked women or not I can't promise about barging into the bathe room. But thanks for the tour." He really was glad for the tour.

He took his leave and went to the bathe room. He undressed and got into the warm water. He needed to wash off the sweat and dirt. He also had a few bruises that the warm water would help get rid of. He was just tired but figured that he had a long time of sailing ahead of him and no doubt Rain would find him something to do. A captain would use the help of every person that was on the ship. He ducked his head under the water and came back up.

Rain looked around for something the prince could do as her small hands and black painted nails steered the boat. By this time she began to feel as if the ship had gotten to quiet so she began to sing a song. One that all the pirates new. Hoist the colors. Her voice was soft and beautiful as she began to sing. The crew soon joined in and Rain grew silent as she looked over at Larman with a smile who looked at her as if she were making the biggest mistake of her life. "What?" She asked after a while. "I know what I'm doing Larman. You would think after all these years you would be able to trust me." She said with a chuckle.

With that, Rain dropped her hands, the sun was setting now and it would soon be time to dine, the second in command had been sleeping all day and woke up just as the sun began to set. He ate, dressed and made his way to the deck so Rain could leave. Jasper was the complete opposite of Rain. Strong, stealthy, lean, muscular, and tall but he was also Rain's best friend and would go to the ends of the earth to protect her. Rain walked down to the dining hall just as the cooks rang the bell that echoed through the entire ship and called for dinner. Rain walked into the dining room and sat at the end of the table as the rest of the men crowded around.

The food was lain out in front of them, apples, meats, everything a men of their stature dreamed of at night. The delicious wines on the table placed between big and round grapes, Rain like the others dug in. There was one seat left, the seat closest to Rain actually. the seats were crates of ale with cushions to fill the wholes, it didn't sound very comfortable, but it was. The men usually drank their hearts out at night while the night crew worked. Rain took a bite of her turkey leg as she listened to the other men talk. She was the only women on the ship, it was actually noticeable now however.

Rain continued to eat quietly the hint of a smile on her face. This was her family. This was her home. The only life she had ever known. The P that was branded in her wrist, just proved it all to be true. As more food came out, the men ate more. It would seem as if the cooks didn't know what they were doing but they indeed did. The food had been rationed to get the men stuffed. The men in the day shift and night shift and all the gold that was given to Rain by the King and Queen just helped everything. They had crates upon crates upon crates of food in storage.

The storage rooms were filled to the maximum with delicious foods and such. Of course none of it was from the castle, it would have just given them away. They also had all the alcohol one could consume. Being Pirates, they did drink a lot, all except Rain that is. She, drank the bare minimum and mostly kept with water but tonight, she too had a glass of wine.

After bathing, Ulrich dressed in his old clothes and heard a distinct ringing. The sound of heavy footsteps could be heard and he figured that it was dinner time. He shook his head and made his way to his room. Now that he was feeling better he could see that the room was actually pretty spacious. He put a hand onto the bed. It was softer than he would have though. He figured that it wouldn't be as bad as he thought it would be. He glanced outside into the hallway and saw that no one was around.

Ulrich was a master of stealth. When he was little he could sneak anywhere in the castle without being caught. He snuck into Rain's room and looked around. He made sure to keep everything the way it was. He didn't see anything that was unusual. He sighed and left the room. It was a bust but at least he hadn't been caught. He figured that anything important would probably be in her office.

Ulrich made his way back to his room. He closed the door and sat at the small desk he had. He started righting onto the sheet of parchment he had. He was still the prince so he was writing letters to get his affairs in order. He knew a few people that he could trust and maybe he could get the letters out when he was in port. He wouldn't say anything about the kidnapping or anything. He just wanted to make sure that things ran smoothly. That and he had a close friend that he trusted to look after Blaze.

When Rain had finished eating she gathered some food on a plate before slightly stumbling out of the dining room with a drunken chuckle. She walked towards her room and knocked on the door a few times before almost falling in. "Here you go Prince um. Er, whatever you are, anyway, eat up. You are to be up at first light with the rest of the crew mates and me." She added before setting the food down on a small table in the room along with a cup. If you wish for a drink, go to the dining room. We have that stuff. She said fanning her hand off before turning around and staggering off to her room. Rain stripped down to her undergarments and hopped in bed before pulling the blankets over her head and soon falling into a deep sleep.

Ulrich heard Rain stumble in. he turned around and watched her place the food onto a small table. He nodded and watched her leave. She was obviously drunk and he had no intentions of drinking. He figured that he would have to help though so he ate the food and finished up his letters. He quickly fell asleep. His dreams were simple and nice. He was a great seafarer so did not suffer from loss of sleep or sea sickness.

Ulrich was up bright and early the next day. Actually he was awake before anyone else was. He walked to the bathe room and stripped. He walked into the warm water and started to wash himself. He would just stay and relax until he heard the other waking. By then he would be clean enough and would leave before he had to bathe with any of them. He had no intentions of seeing any of them naked but figured that he would have to get used to it. That or he could just make sure to bath alone.

Rain awoke to the sun streaming through the window and a pounding headache. She slipped on her robe and groaned loudly grabbing her head as she gathered her clothes. Swiftly and silently she walked to the shower rooms. She was always silent no one being able to hear her unless she wore shoes. Her petite feet carried her across the hard wood and she heard the water. She figured it was one of the other crew men up early and just shrugged it off before sliding in the room and turning on another shower. Seeing it was the prince, she just shrugged it off as she began to bathe with her own special soap. "Morning." She said as she began to wash obviously not caring if he saw her or not. Rain's soap was scented of Vanilla and lavender, a very lovely combination that wasn't to sweet or strong. "Breakfast is most likely already done. They refrain from ringing the bells in the morning for the crew members that have hangovers. Also we have coffee if you would like to drink some." The feel of the hot water splashing against her muscles began to relieve her head ache.

Ulrich was shocked when he saw Rain walk in. Though she must be pretty comfortable with her crew if she just walked in. He shrugged the feeling off and continued to was. "Thanks I will make sure to get some breakfast." He turned the water off and dried off. He changed into his clothes and looked at her. "You can tell me what I am to do over breakfast." He left the room and made his way to the dining hall. He sat down and started eating his food slowly. He was waiting for Rain so that they could talk. The food was better than he had thought too. He though was used to the finest food but he did travel and he knew the bitter taste of cold rations. Something that even the strongest of people feared.

Rain nodded and finished bathing before getting redressed and walking towards the dining hall. She looked at the table filled with hot, warm breakfast foods and filled her plate before pouring herself a cup of coffee. She sat at the table and set her boots down before slipping them on over her smooth, tanned legs and beginning to eat. You are going to be working on the deck today with the rest of my men. Scrubbing it that is. See Lamar when you get upstairs and he shall show you everything you need. Any questions?" she asked as she slipped on her rings and broke apart her bread before taking a bite of it. It was nice and warm just the way Rain liked it. Her hair had dried in it's natural wavy state today as she continued to eat, she watched him.

Ulrich shrugged. "Cleaning seems simple enough really. What did you think a prince wouldn't be willing to do manual labor?" He continued eating. He had his share of chores and wasn't a stranger to manual labor. He looked up from his food and look at her. She was really an odd person. A pirate who kidnapped a prince and didn't do anything but make him a crew of her ship. It was weird but better than what could have happened. "So are you searching for your father with that famous compass? Or are you going to lie to me about that?" The compass was famous and he had heard about Jack's disappearance. Word traveled fast and as a prince almost every rumor some way mad it's way to his ears.

Rain's jaw locked and her small hands balled into fist as she abruptly scooted away from the table and stormed out the dining room as the other crew member scrambled in to eat. She walked to the deck of the boat and to the wheel before giving her friend a pat on the arm letting him know his shift was over as if on cue, Lamar came and joined her on deck as she sailed.
