Mizuoh is a bustling and alive port town with a great mixture of western and eastern architecture. The Daimyo of Yuu has placed a small tangent of his soldiers here to maintain order, but it is still very much run by the merchants, and this are on rather good terms with the Merchant alliance which holds dominance in the neighboring Land of Rice. The streets are filled with merchants selling various things, and the smell of the slat air and the sounds of ocean surround the atmosphere of the place like a happy melody playing in the background. There are a great many docks along the town's harbor, and countless ships populating them. From this place one can take a ship to almost anywhere one can get to by water, for the right price.
The most popular destinations from the Harbor are the merchant council's pet project, the city of Mizuho, an island city a ways off the coast of the land of Yuu, and, of course, the Land of Water, across the ocean to the east...

Orikami gave a wide smile as he was at last permitted by his insistent bodyguard to leave the palanquin, his appearance along side his envoy cause quite the stir. He himself smiled and gave a pleasant wave to passing crowds, before turning round to his accompaniment. "It appears as though Wolfgang hasn't arrived just yet. I suppose this gives us a chance to head down to the harbor and see if our customary escort has come into dock." he gave a look to the students. "Young one's, I welcome to explore the city to your hearts content," he gave one of his warm smiles. "I assure you that you'll never find a more lively place, and I greatly doubt that we'll run into eight foot tall monsters here hm?" he chuckled. "We shall meet you all down by the harbor within a few hours. That's the large statue there down by the seaside, you can't miss it. alright?" he gave them a nod. "You are welcome to accompany us if you don't mind all the boring political talk, of course." he gestured to Senkyo and and Chishio, the Secret police officers apparently staying behind at the gates to city for the purposes of meeting this... "Wolfgang". Mikito gave a nod to the kids. "Tscht...I hate to let you kids wander around but..." he sighed. "Just try not to run into any trouble this time, alright?" he looked towards Toshi "And you, don't do anything stupid alright? You don't know how close you came to..." he gave another annoyed sigh. "Just keep on your best behavior, kay kid?" before walking off into the shifting crowds with the Knights and the Otokage, leaving the students to there own devices...

Toshi's eyes narrowed slightly as the "Otokage" spoke. His eyes narrowed more when other guy spoke too. "I won't... " He mumbled before making a hand sign. "Henge no Jutsu..." In a flash of smoke he ran off down a nearby alley with the appearance of a white beagle with brown spots and a big brown spot covering half his face. Dogs were a lot easier and more friend in people's eyes. Plus people like dogs, some people anyways. He popped out of the alley a block or so away and sat on the edge of the street as watched people pass with his tail wagging. It may not be pretty but if he got scraps here and there then it may be worth using his chakra for this. He wondered who this... "Wolfgang" was. He will find out sooner or later but for the time being he watched bits of the other students from his spot. Occasionally losing sight of them due to the crowd. -1cp 63/65

The caravan slowly entered the vast bustling port of Mizuoh, many of the wagons and armed men staying outside the cities borders for...political reasons. It would have made people antsy if Rice's Mercenary army just strolled into the city...even a smaller detachment. The section of the caravan which did enter the port, stopped beside the Otokage's parked palanquin, the officers of the Oto secret police stopping to give the man who stepped down off the front wagon a bow. "Sir Wolfgang, the Otokage was hoping you would arrive promptly." The rather large intimidating man gave his generally lax smile, only barely offsetting his gruff demanor and grizzled deep voice. "There's no need for a member of the Hidden Sound to bow to me. The Grandzenstraum serve you. Not the other way around." "I...as you say, Sir Wolfgang." The officer's didn't seem convinced, but they straightened thier backs, still giving the man obvious looks of respect. "Hm." the man gave a brief rough excuse for a laugh, before looking behind him. "We got a stowaway coming out of Oto. One of your academy students if I'm not mistaken." he signaled and a young man with white hair jumped off the wagon, gesturing for Rinkou to follow him, the young man looking rather lighthearted. "This where we say farewell to our little highway surprise?" he joked with a smile. Wolfgang merely looked back to the officers. "I was going to bring her to see Orion personally...but it seems that there's kids enough here already." he gave a quick, measuring look to each of the kids in turn, stopping to look at Urza in particular. "That armor..." he didn't show any emotion with the statement, but turned his attention back to the Officers. "Anyway, where should we leave her?" The officer's gave the girl a neutral look. "The students are being allowed to roam as they wish...but this one clearly needs supervision. Please have someone watch her while we take you to see the Lord Otokage. I expect that he'll have order's regarding her." "Very well." Wolfgang gave a simple nod, looking back to Gil. "Gil. Look after the kid a little while longer. Make sure she doesn't run off again." before heading off with the officers, heading towards the harbor and Orikami. "H-huh? But boss, do I seriously have to be this girl's babysitter again?" he gave a sigh. "Man...I'm not getting paid enough for watching kids..." he seemed rather distracted however...it would have been a simple matter to run off while he was complaining... ((Hint hint, Qyp.))

Urza caught another whiff of the fresh air. She had never been by a sea, and the smell of water was overwhelmingly sublime. Merchants were everywhere and their goods added to the smells of the town. She saw wares from all over the world. A few she recognized from the west, swords and long spears and other various western weapons. That piqued Urza's interest. She was curious what other sort of things they had for sale here. Urza looked at Kina and Miyako as Toshi ran off, "Would you two like to see what they have for sale here? It looks to be very global in it wares, we may find something interesting!" Urza smiled taking in the scent of fresh baked bread as it wafted from a merchants trolley. ❦━━━━━━━━━❧ Lvl. 6 Hp:90/90 MHp: 72/72 Cp: 54/54 Dodge Bonus: 13 Armor Class: 19** If an attack is above the dodge bonus but below the Armor Class bonus damage is halved. Gabriel looked at her skin doubtfully. He was going to deny it. Maybe he would say something outrageous to make her run away, and never look back. His wings were folded in thought. But he never got to exorcise any of his devious plans of making Aura hate him, because with a sort of startled realization... He noted that his head was buried in her neck. Gabriel's body seemed to be distressed that he didn't make up his mind fast enough.
Ah hell.
Gently, his fangs sank down. It was almost painless. Something about the venom that came along with being a vampire... It numbs it. Gabriel drank guiltily. His wings were folded sadly. As if it were an apology. Gabriel's arms were encircling the girl and rubbing her back comfortingly. Or... Maybe that was just the vampire side of him still making half-assed attempts of seducing her. Either way, it calmed him that he could still go through these motions and not just devour her like a beast.
After a minute or so, Gabriel's crimson eyes went back to their amethyst hue. His tense trembling ceased. He was done drinking at this point, but kept his mouth to the wound so it would stop bleeding. For some reason he had issues about letting blood escape. But another part of his mind seemed to just rather Aura not be aware that she was bleeding.
The angel pulled back, looking more like an angel now, rather then a vampire. His beast side was content, no need for it to appear now. He wiped his mouth before he even got his head all the way up. His pretty purple eyes looked into hers. They were as deep as hers with emotion when you took the chance to look at them. Filled with appreciation for her act. They had permanent anger inside them, he wondered if that would ever go away. And then there was a deep chasm of sorrow. The angel didn't know if HE could even grasp its depth. And there was also a new flicker... Slowly seeping into the sorrow section of his emotion. What could that be described as?
He blinked. "Thank you..." He wondered if he should peel his arms away. He didn't know if she needed comfort, or if she was scared. He looked worriedly into those despair, mourningful eyes. He searched for an answer.
He wondered if he would get lost in that sorrow. He worried about it. He wanted to look away. But he also wanted to just stare. He wanted to search for some flicker of something else. Something for him to hole onto, and try to nurse into fullness. Of anything... Gabriel wanted to help her. Comfort her.
And for some reason...
He felt powerless.
He couldn't.
He would not be allowed.

Miyako Chōzō T╔═.5.══════╗ TAHp: 55/55 TACp: 55/55 TIMHp: 60/60 Dodge Bonus: 9 T╚══════.♥.═╝The bustling village was a sight to her, and even the sea was something that seemed to take her breath away. "I'm game! I might even take a dip in the sea. That would be so relaxing after all this walking..." She wanted to buy something, even if it was something small as a reminder of her first 'mission.' She had only a handful of ryo, but it would be enough for some trinket or something.

Kina gave a nod and smile in Urza's direction. "Sure, sounds like fun." she put her hands in her pockets as she hinted at the fact that Yokijo had already taken off and Mido was...being Mido around a collection of girl's across the way. "I guess it'll just be us girl's then..." she gave the smallest of calm chuckles as she followed along with her friends. This city was amazing. She'd never actually seen the ocean in person before, only in pictures and books...it was beautiful. She could understand why people would want to live and work here... she wondered how many vacation days Ninja's got... she might have to come here again one of these days, for the purposes of more enjoying herself. She glanced over at her two friends. "I'm a little surprised the city's so...bright and prosperous to be honest. I heard from Sir Senkyo earlier that the man who is in charge of governing this city, one of the more prominent of the Merchants appointed, is a rather.." she searched around for an appropriate Maboroshi substitute for "Evil creepy b*****d". She decided to go with an old Urza-ism. "Well he's not a very nice man." she peered about. "So where do you guys want to check out first? Lord Otokage seemed like he might be a bit.

Urza smiled. A girls day out eh? That could be quite enjoyable. Urza looked around as they wondered, she wanted to stop by a western arms shop to see if they were selling anything neat. She wasn't sure how interested the other two were in weapons however, so she figured that would be a trip best saved for solo shopping trip. Urza looked around, there was so much to do! "Well, I wouldn't mind checking out a weapons store or two, but I can go alone if you two don't want to go." Urza put her hand on her chin, "Maybe would could check out a book store or something?" Urza suggested, feeling like that would be something that perhaps they all enjoyed. ❦━━━━━━━━━❧ Lvl. 6 Hp:90/90 MHp: 72/72 Cp: 54/54 Dodge Bonus: 13 Armor Class: 19** If an attack is above the dodge bonus but below the Armor Class bonus damage is halved. Rinkou looked at Gil, and then got a brief look at the port town. By the looked of it, Gil wasn't really at all happy to be watching her every second. "How about, I babysit you?" That is what she came up with, the idea that could probably be the most stupidest thing she has ever said. But also could actually work, her just watching him do what ever he wants to do. But then again, it could go horribly wrong and she would loose sight of the guy quickly get lost, stranded, and then who knows what would happen. She was never really too sure what strange things people could do to her and she would rather not find out.
(oops sorry...)

Gil turned round and gave the girl an odd look. "What...seriously?" he gave a somewhat bemused smile to the girl. "Heh...well, I suppose if you've got nothing better to do while the Kage determines your sentence... I suppose I was going to go get my sword detailed..." he looked after the other nearby girls. "You sure you don't wanna hang out with all your little friends? I may complain, but I guess I don't really mind tagging along for just the day. You do whatever." he gave a somewhat joking sigh. "I suppose I should feel lucky being able to hang out with so many fine young ladies." He gave a light shrug calling back to a man on the wagon. "Oy, Kyte, I'm heading out to check the place out, taking the rugrat with me. Make sure things stay where they are eh?" "You got it gil."

Rinkou's eyes widened with a little surprise. Did he just call her fine? She wasn't sure, and felt a little shocked, in a good way. She had never heard anyone call her that, but then she was 10, and didn't expect such strong compliments from a male or anyone for that matter. "I... will go with you." The tone of voice changed to a more timid and less stern tone then what she normally had. She wasn't sure what to think about this guy now, she was really confused and never experienced males saying that about her. Even her father never called any of her sisters pretty, or beautiful, he seemed to not bother with compliments like that, but none of them seem to mind, heck, he always just called them all, including her, by their names all the time. He didn't bother with silly playful nicknames or anything. Just got straight to the point on who he wanted to talk too. But this was different, a new experience. She wasn't feeling, well, what a older female them herself normally feels when excited about who they are attracted too, because she wasn't at that stage in life... she was just surprised. She didn't even blush, but her eyes said enough with how unusually wide they were.

Toshi took his drink and food over to the edge of the dock and found a place for him to put his feet in. He smiled as he let the henge vanish and pulled off his shoes. He took a small sip of the drink and then nibbled somewhat on the meat. It was just so good he didn't want to have it be gone. He sighed in relief as his feet rested in the cool water. He sighed at his slightly swollen feet. They were going to be more swollen if he didn't take care of them now. He saw some gulls above him, gliding on the air currents. He laid back and watched them soar with a bemused smile on his face as he finished the last of his meat. He sighed sadly as he put the skewer on the brim of the cup, as his attention returned onto the gulls above.

I would like to look around at the local merchants for some trinkets, you know, something to remember this trip by." She pulled out her puppet repair kit. It was beginning to look a little dingy, after being used on random pieces of wood. She hadn't made a puppet yet, but she wanted to get the feel of the tools beforehand. "Some of these could use a bit of sharpening as well. I suggest we move, before Mido gets the idea that we're waiting for him."

Kina chuckled at her friends suggestion, though looked eagerly towards Urza at the suggestion of a book shop. "Sure. I wouldn't mind. I suppose there's no reason we couldn't visit all three." ((You may choose a shop to visit, and I shall pull up inventory of guild items for sale their, stuff like books and such would be RP only, and cheap. wink )) At Miyako's note that they run along before Mido thought they were waiting for him, Kina almost immediately started off with another soft laugh."I'm with Miya, I would rather avoid having him floundering after us all day. I-" "My my my, little Kina...how big you've gotten." Kina froze slightly looking around with a startled expression as a pair of arms embraced her, like a snake coiling around it's tamer. "And here I thought we'd never see one another again. Fancy meeting you here, of all places!" A hooded blonde girl with a sunny smile seemed to have popped out of the crowd from...somewhere. She was giving Kina a friendly embrace, before separating from her and continuing to smile happily. "Oh just look at you! You look a lot stronger!" Kina was looking shocked, but also, though it was a tad difficult to tell, alarmed. "U-Usa..." she acknowledged, looking openly surprised, even if she managed to hide her alarm. "Your...here..." Usa nodded cheerfully, shaking both the girl's hands. "Yessss," she seemed to drag the S...just a bit too long. "I'm just here running some errands, picking up a few things for my dear beloved master!" Kina frowned slightly. Usa...so it had been her back at the village...she'd been watching during that whole exchange...she supposed one of the bonus's of being able to look like an animal was that sneaking around the was pointless...even if people saw you they wouldn't think much of it...until they saw you start using jutsu... "I see...it's...good to see you, Usa-chan." Kina was never really sure how to react around her Elder Cousin's servants. Mokutan was easy enough, he was fun loving and on occasion crude, but a good soul over all...Usa was...different. Usa seemed to like people, for her part, and Kina...THOUGHT, that Usa liked her...but then at the same time there was always a sinister undertone to everything she said. She would quite easily, Kina was sure, kill anyone and anything for no more reason then it was inconveniencing her, and there was always the fact that she often tended to make mischief wherever possible... it was a tough decision. "Oh it's so good to see you too!" the girl said with another smile and a nod. "I was wondering how little Kina was doing, and now I know. Ssssuch awonderful coincidence." "O-ho. Usa, we don't have time for your antics. We have a task to complete." And Odd looking man approached from the direction of the city gates, placing a hand on Usa's shoulder. "Come along. We've other little friends to greet." Usa gave an odd laugh. "Ku ku ku," which despite the innocent look on her face seemed unsettling. "Alright. Sorry Kina-chan. we'll catch up later okay!?" she then followed off after the strange man, who could be heard as they headed off into the city saying. "O-ho. Have you got another crush usa?" "Silly, Mu-senpai. That one was female." "O-ho? They all look the same to me." Kina seemed slightly uncomfortable, turning back to her friends. "Uh...sorry about that...an...old....friend." she settled on. This was technically neutral territory...she was under no obligation to give Usa trouble. And besides...if they tried to do something with...that one around. It wouldn't end well anyway. "So, lead the way you guys." she gave her most gentle adorable smile in hopes it would make the subject drop. Usa She seems nice and normal Diplomacy: 5+17= 22 ????? There is nothing suspicious about this man Diplomacy 18+10= 28 Kina There's nothing to say about this encounter and it would fine to just move on. Diplomacy: 4+5= 9 *roll sense motive*
