All you have to do to confirm in the tournament is follow this example:

Gaia name: Poor Saint Jimmy
DN username: Skywhale
Deck Name: Spellbook.

I'll post the rules here so that everyone can see them:
First off any deck will be accepted so long as it is legal. The tournament doesn't have a specific end date so don't feel pressured if you can't make it for a day, but still try to have your duel as soon as possible. It is recommended that you organize the duel with your opponent beforehand so that you two are on at the same time. It is not allowed to watch other people's duel without the permission of both the playing players.

We'll be playing in matches. That means you have to win 2 duels to win. If you suspect an opponent is doing a misplay try to ask what he is doing. If you suspect he still doing a misplay pm over DN and I'll help to the best of my ability. This also applies for unsportsmanlike conduct. You may also want to take a screenshot for evidence or if your opponent is misbehaving.

You can't switch decks in the tournament. You'll go through with the one you start of with.

This is the only warning that will be issued to everyone: Don't act immaturely or waste another person's time. Depending on the severity of your actions you could get kicked out of the tournament or from the guild entirely.
