Isaac grew up in Castelia City with his parents, his older brother Simon Park, and his Lillipup named Toby. Isaac’s brother left home to compete in the Battle Frontier, and recently became a Frontier Brain. Isaac, on the other hand, never showed much interest in competitive battling. Recently, Simon returned home and convinced their parents to enroll Isaac in Arceus Academy. Suspicious of his brother’s motives, Isaac left his home and Toby to enter into the elite Pokemon school.

Isaac is a polite and friendly person, and maintains his calm even under stressful situations. He is also very protective of those he considers his friends. Even though he dislikes battling, he will not turn down a challenge, and he appears to be a gifted tactician.
