I'm most likely going to be making a new character because I can't remember Vizards are allowed to be in the Gotei 13 sweatdrop

I'm most likely going to be making a new character because I can't remember Vizards are allowed to be in the Gotei 13 sweatdrop I am going to allow up to two Captains, three Vice Captains, and five Seated Officers and others there is no limit but they won't be able to control their release yet (this is for Vizards in the Gotei). Considering this is after the current timeline in bleach and all the vizards have been placed back into the ranks in the Gotei 13, I will be allowing a certain number to join the ranks.

Dein-zu Can I have two characters since the one I have now is an arrancar and until more show up there won't be much rping done with said character Two characters is fine but I do not want the second character higher than like 5th seat or so.
