So I was in a dungeon and I was trying to sneak pass some people. But then they turned around so I thought they had found me, but then they just walked RIGHT PAST me. Like I was right beside them, but they still didn't find me. Is it a glitch?

Not a glitch most of the time you have to have a really high lvl in sneak but not always most people tend to forget Luck still plays a role in Skyrim just not as big as oblivion since you can't lvl it up. I have the skill all the way up on one character my Altmer I think most people donnt notice him untill he has his dagger against there throat.

It has happened to me often, even at lower sneak levels, the guy walks right past me... so I take him out. Other times I have people see me that should NOT be able to see me. As kc said, luck still comes into the game a fair bit.
