Mental Traits Personality: Untrusting. Being experimented on doesn't really put trust into your fellow man. Other than that, he's an alright guy. He's willing to help out, but generally, he will only do it if he will benefit from it. If you can somehow gain Marshal's trust, he will be loyal to the end.
Fears (What scares you most): Heights, being experimented on again.
Strengths: Easy to adapt. His powers, once he found out about them, was simple to learn for him. He can also adapt to his surrondings fairly well.
Weaknesses (What you're physically or mentally unable to cope with): Trust. Mentioned in personality, he... kinda doesn't trust others after the whole experimenting thing.

Genetic Enhancements Experimental Design (what were they aiming to do?): Senses Manipulation. The army wanted to test if they could enhance the senses of their soldiers to try and help them on missions or tasks. Tests began immediately, and Marshal was one of the first. During the tests, they would alternate lowering or raising different senses, and sometimes numerous ones at once.
Throughout his testing, Marshal realized that he could control the frequency of which senses gained more strength or not. Hiding his newfound discovery from the scientists, the scientists eventually found out that his powers 'suddenly weren't working as expected.' They later scraped the project, leaving Marshal the only successful experiment in the project.
Flaws: The rub, however, was twofold: Marshal would lose the sense that he
upgraded temporarily cumulative with how long he used it. Not only that, but he would have to have intense concentration if he is going to apply the controling of senses to other people.
Physical Changes: Nothing on the outside. On the inside, his muscles connected to his senses changes depending on his amplification of them.
Mental Changes: His psyche, however, suffered. Again, not trusting of people as easily now in this point of his life.
