Bio: Lance is like most teenage boys you might meet. He's nice enough, and has a really hard time talking to the opposite sex. He may smile often enough but that doesn't say much about what's in his head, his heart, and his past.
Lance's father was a heavy drinker and his mother was hardly around. It came to the point where the only person for his father to strike was Lance. This went on for a while until something inside of him snapped. He got up, packed his bags and left. When his father tried to stop him, Lance broke his arm in three places without flinching. As he walked away the house, the lawn, even the mailbox caught fire with only the phrase 'lux non extinguere impia flamma
' being uttered subconsciously.
Lance heard of Mahora Academy and thought it may be a place to escape. He thought the fire incident and breaking his father's arm was just a bad dream. He wouldn't do that. He couldn't have done that...could he? Even though he was tormented by these events, he kept a smile on his face and that's true still.
Personality: He's normally a nice person. He smiles a lot and he's a bit naive. He doesn't let on that he's afraid of himself. However, when his personality changes, he's cold, dark, and ruthless. During this, Lance's prime personality is suppressed but not unaware. He sees what happens and hates himself.
Other: Although he isn't trained his magic is dark and fire based. The reason his magic only just started to appear is his earring. His mother is a mage and she enchanted the earring to block his magic and suppress it when it started to show when he was seven. However the seal is wearing down. The floodgates are breaking and years of building magical energy is leaking through.
