This video displays that officers are willing to conduct illegal searches of your person through methods of intimidation. They attempted to ticket my person for littering a cigarette butt on the ground. However, I did not provide them with my information considering that they did not possess any probable cause or reasonable suspicion that suggested that I had committed a crime.

Thus, I claimed Common Law Jurisdiction in order to prevent officers from ticketing my person.
