Welcome to IOIWRBK's monthly lotto.
There is nothing you can do in regards to an application to be entered into this lotto, the only thing you can do is post around, and whoever gets our notice will get put onto the list.
Up to ten members per month (maybe a few more sometimes) will be selected by myself and my crew to be entered into the lotto. On the 1st of every month, I will generate a random number betwen 1 and however many members there are on the list, and whoever's number is generated will win 10k. c:
