Mental Traits
Personality: Lee is crude, blunt, and, by her standards, a complete peach to deal with. She is always barking orders, settling disagreements by telling both sides how they're being stupid and need to move on, and she doesn't deal with people's emotional bullsh*t. Ever. Telling it like it is, and showing her fighty side is what makes Lee, Lee. When she knows that there is nothing else to be done, and when she truly does care for someone, though, there's little she wont do to help them.
Fears (What scares you most): Lee is, as a result of her injury, deathly paranoid about anything to do with the facilities, especially the experimented on kids. Like most fears, Lee turns her fear of them into anger.
Strengths: Lee is a trained SWAT officer and a guard for the facilities which housed the experiments. She is physically tough, trained in hand-to-hand combat, marksmanship, and many other combat-readiness skills. She is also emotional steel, and knows how to take-charge if the situation calls for it. Her cybernetic arm is made of carbon-fiber plates and military-grade, heavy-duty industrial plastic-polymers. The appendage is light, but packs significant force into physical attacks. Her overall cybernetic enhancements leave her, as she calls, a "bonafide superhero." She is capable of inhuman feats of agility, strength, and speed, making her an even better fighter than she would normally have considered herself prior to the implants.

Cybernetic Enhancements
Design (what were they aiming to do?): Lee's right arm was lost in an attempted escape from an experimented teen in one of the facilities outside of Central City. As a pet project, Lee's father, a brilliant machinist and cyberneticist, designed and attached a special prosthesis to her. The arm works like her own flesh and bone, but is incapable of feeling as it is synthetic. But the project didn't end there; shortly after she finished physical therapy for her new limb, her father asked if she'd be interested in continued implants and enhancements. Lee, being the high-risk, high-reward kind of girl she is, accepted. After several trails and tribulations, the result left her with inhuman reflexes and agility as a result of brain and muscle implants.
Her strength has increased considerably, allowing for about ten-tons of what could be considered super-strength. Implants in her legs allow for extended periods of strenuous running, jumping, and carrying, and lung implants allow her more stamina when going through physically trying activities.
Flaws: Cybernetic arm slightly offsets weight and coordination in water. Some of the cybernetics, being the first non-prototypes of their kind, are occasionally prone to failure for short periods of time.
Physical Changes: A bone-colored cybernetic arm, and small scars where the nodes and cybernetic tissue was implanted.
