I had to stay up all night the very time I actually have to get up in the morning and go somewhere?! gonk
It's not like I didn't try! / houers of turning around in the bed tired but NO SLEEP! scream WHY?!

I haven't really slept after my boyfriend left me,only few minutes at the time during the night.
Maybe it will get better over time,but well.. take's too much time!!! scream

haha, I might have to feel that pain soon. I'm going on a college tour in August and i've been staying up until like 5am with Nosk, so an all nighter might be in order just to fix my wonky sleep schedule. emotion_donotwant

I had this problem a few times. I couldn't sleep because my house has no ac. That was the first week this month. It was also before i found braedon(a friend from high school), which is odd because after i found him i slept a lot better...

I would probably die if I had to sleep with no a/c. Given that I live in Florida, air conditioning is a must.

I used to have sleep trouble and still do sometimes depending, but mostly I sleep within 1-2 hours of going to bed these days thankfully, I hate being tired and unable to sleep. -_-
Have you tried medication or this sleep hygiene thing I've heard about? My doctor recommended it but I've yet to look into it so I'm not sure what it is exactly, but considering my doctor recommended it I suppose sleep hygiene works? Do any of you know anything about this?

glass teeth I would probably die if I had to sleep with no a/c. Given that I live in Florida, air conditioning is a must. i agree. i live in utah, i'm dying here and it's not as hot as florida.
