The Light at the End ~ The Spirit Shepard's Tale Stage 3b: Upon the mountain, a ligth beacons for all to gather around it's warmth. It's owner is a girl surrounded by spirits The girl sat upon a rock, resting from her long trek to the youkai mountain. Tengus had crossed her path, and tiresome it was. A sleeve she had lost, scrapes she had gained. The odd-spirit-like-girl felt fatigue, but as the spirits that usually thrived around her continued to do the usual roaming, she stabbed her staff into the soil, and leaning heavily on it, stood, with a heavy sigh and both hands on her scepter."We must continue, we cannot allow her to go through with this." She spoke tenderly to the spirits, as one slipped under her arm and traveled to her hand, bringing a cool sensation through where it passed, and a soft smile to her lips. "Yes,, we may not give up now. The fate of Gensokyo is at risk."
Enter Noroshi Tebiki ~ The Light at The End of the Tunnel
She was about to restart her trek and investigation when she felt another death-related sould close by. She stopped and raised the scepter to stab into the air, it's light visible.Tebiki Waved it a bit, to ensure this person would see her.

The D-lord sighed as she looked around. "Where the heck could it be" She wondered. She wanted to stop these quakes as soon as possible. Suddenly she felt a strong spiritual gathering. "Lost souls up here?...." She scanned around inti'll she saw someone waving. She landed near by and placed her wings back into their collar. "Hello there?..."

Teibiki placed her staff onto the soul once more as she saw Reiai approach once more,"Good Eve, dear Mistress." She gave a small bow, tired as she was, she still knew her manners. The spirits that moved around her continued their mindless business as their Shepard continued to speak.
"I am surprise to see a being Such as yourself high above the ground..." the herder said,"Am I correct to assume thou is also here to discovered the causes of these quakes the shake the earth?"
"I came here for that. The tengu where feisty, and would not let me through, different youkai are becoming ferocious. I am afraid the cause of these rumbles is something of myth, and I pray to be wrong, but-"
Noroshi shakes her head,"All my feelings aside, ..... Was my assumption on your reasons to be here right...?"

"Wow such respect" She smiled after being called Mistress for the first time ever in her life. "But yes you are correct.The quakes have been bothering me for sometime now while interrupting other things....But anyway I hope to stop this as soon as possible."

"I think I may know who is behind this,"Tebiki said,"A spirit long ago, who I did not herd properly... The times she has returned things such as this have occur.... " She shakes her head,"I have found nothing to lead me to the right place as of now. My memory is very groggy as this occurred long long ago...."
