• Personality :: Tekaru is really friendly, he likes to meet new people and makes friends easly. He hates theories he learns better from actions thats why he always practices a lot so he will become a better Vizard. He does not always listen to his masters but he can learn really fast. He does not like fighting he always tries to solve problems the good way. But he can fight if he gets too angry. he would never attack a friend no matter what they did.

Doragon kōshō (Dragon bite): The blade turns in to a dragon and shoots out to the enemy when reached the enemy the dragon bites in to the enemy and shocks it with thousand of volts.
Lightning shield: turns lightning in to a shield of eletricity waht can bounce back Hado. (Hado must be lower than lvl 20.)
Bankai
• Name :: Rai Kama (lightning scythe)

Shōgekiha (shock wave): when stabbed in to the ground and electric shock wave runs trough the ground shocking every body within a 10 meter radius. (it only works if the enemy is on the ground.)
Blinding : creates a a bright light and blinds the enemy.if used wrong or in a place where the light can bounce back from it can blind the user as well.
Karitoru (reap): Allows the user to move faster then the speed of light and with that the user can reap the enemy where ever he/she wants it from. For a captain it would be easy to Spot him and deflect his move, but for some one under 3. seat it would be really difficult to spot and deflect the attack .
Lightning release: creates a magnetic field around the user and with the user can choose to make the every metal around him (within 5 meters) To pull or push.

Changes required:
- The title should be as required here: [x]
- Other pictures than the character image should be put in links.
- Biography and personality, even though they tell the significant parts, I'd like them to be at least one more paragraph longer. Get into detail, make it fancy please. [Sorry for nitpicking.]
- Please check spelling, capital letters, etc.
- Write translation of RaiKama.
- Karitoru kind of sounds as god-modding. I might want to have the opinion of someone else as well on this.
- There is no ranking among Vizards. Thus, there is no vice-captain spot among Vizards. Unless, of course, the organization you join has a ranking system set up. [By the way, there are currently no organizations. Let's wait for the Vizard Leader to create one. Contact him (Faustdeath) and talk about this.]

I can now understand why it's called "rain", but still, kind of confusing. Though that does not matter at all.
That is nice to hear.
Karitoru kind of sounds like god-mod because it gives your not-even-shinigami-level vizard the chance to move faster than others could notice. If they don't see the attack coming, it means it is quite impossible to dodge it. Of course, I trust you enough to know that you won't abuse this technique though. Just thought I'd mention.

However, if during a battle, let's say he uses Karitoru twice - and remembering the fact taht with Karitoru he can attack from anywhere, meaning that the attack can not be dodged, meaning that it could be a pretty deep and dangerous wound -, he can pretty much kill anyone with that.
