This is where Quidditch practices and games are held. The stadium is large, and entirely equipped to house the entire school for a game. Large towers for special viewing are covered in cloth tapestries of each house's colours.

The Equipment The Snitch: This is a small golden ball with silver wings that flies around the pitch very quickly. The team that catches this ball earns 150 points and wins the game.
Quaffle: The quaffle is the large, deep red ball that is thrown through any of the opposing team's goal posts.
Bludger: The bludger is a jet-black ball of iron used to knock Quidditch players off their broomsticks. There are two bludgers. The Positions Captain: The Quidditch Captain is responsible for his or her team. Of course, crew members are willing to aid in collecting members for practices, however, most responsibilities regarding the teams falls to the Captain, selected by the Headmistress. The Captain can hold any position on the team.
Keeper: The keeper protects three rings on tall posts, attempting to keep the Quaffle from entering them. Each team has only one keeper.
Seeker: The seeker attempts to catch the snitch. Each team has only one seeker.
Beaters: Beaters use clubs to protect their teammates from bludgers and to aim the bludgers toward the opposite team. Each team has two beaters.
Chasers: Chasers control the quaffle, and try to get it through one of the opposing team's three goal posts. Each team has three chasers.Rules of the Game 1. For every move you make, whether it be catching the snitch, trying to hit a bludger toward someone, or blocking the quaffle from entering the rings, you must use the RNG.
2. You are not, under any circumstances, permitted to delete a post that did not go your way. If you are unsuccessful, you must accept that and move on with the game. If you forget the RNG, simply strike your post and let the referee of the game remove it.
3. A game only ends after the Golden Snitch is caught, or both team captains have consented to end the game.
4. Contact is permitted, however you may not grab any part of a player's broomstick or person. Furthermore, the only person allowed to touch the snitch is the seeker of each team.
5. Wands are permitted on the pitch, however, they are not to be used on or against any player, broomstick, ball, referee, or spectator.Online Gameplay Online, it is incredibly easy to play a perfect game of Quidditch, in which every move you make is successful. To ensure this does not happen, we have enlisted the use of the Random Number Generator (RNG).
Keeper: The keeper uses the RNG to determine whether or not they block the Quaffle from entering their goal posts. However, they can roleplay preparing to block a shot or adjusting themselves in front of the rings and such whenever they feel like it.
Seeker: The seeker must use the RNG to catch the snitch. They must continue roleplaying, throughout the game, that they are searching for the snitch, riding around the field, and watching the game unfold. I or the referee will post that the snitch has appeared, after which the seeker will have a small window of time in which to use the RNG and roleplay catching, or failing to catch the snitch before it disappears.
Beaters: Beaters must use the RNG not only to block a bludger from hitting a teammate, but also to aim a bludger at another player. Even if it is successfully aimed, the Beater from the opposite team may be able to block it.
Chasers: Chasers must use the RNG for throwing and catching the Quaffle, whether it be throwing it through the goal post or simply passing it to another player. Even if your roll is successful when aiming for the goal posts, the keeper still has the chance to block the quaffle. The Random Number Generator Practice is the only way to increase your chances of a successful move in Quidditch. For every ___ posts you make in practice, you get bumped up one number of division, making it more likely for your action to succeed. We will be using 1 - 100 in the RNG. This means you must return to edit your post after you have found out whether you were successful or not.
If you are unsuccessful, another player has the chance to, say, catch the quaffle as it falls from your grasp, or beat the bludger away from you. If a keeper is unsuccessful, the other team simply gains the points for getting the quaffle through the goal post.
1. When you first begin playing Quidditch, the RNG must land on a number that is divisible by five. A number that is divisible by five means, obviously, whatever you were trying to do succeeded.
2. After a lot of practice, you are now successful when the RNG lands on a number divisible by four, further increasing your chances of being successful.
3. After even more practice, you will be successful when the RNG lands on a number divisible by three.
4. Finally, the highest chances for success you can have are when you have practiced so much that every time the RNG lands on an even number you are successful.
