Power/Ability: Matt has the ability to run at around the speed of sound. Just about 320 miles per second. Of course no one has officially recorded his speed, but when he gives it his absolute all he can break the sound barrier. Matt is also capable of producing and electrostatic discharge, basically he's able to shoot a lightning bolt out of his hands, after enough build up of course.
Skills/Special Knowledge: Matt is a master swords man, and has extensive training in un-armed combat. He carries a gun, but rarely uses it.
Favored Tactics/Specialty: Matt's favorite tactic is using one sword, he thinks it is crucial to keep one hand free, "You never know what could happen in the heat of battle": Matt's favorite tip to the rookies.
Biography: As a very small child, Matt was abducted along with three other children, by an extremely powerful scientist organization. Their radical ideas on Genetic enhancement to humans required years upon years of subtle treatment, as to not have their treatment completely tear apart the subjects DNA. Their goal for Matt was to create some one who could think faster, and on a higher level than any other human.This may appear to be true, one of the side effects was giving Matt a severe case of ADD and ADHD, it may have effected how fast he thought, but in terms of general knowledge he's an average joe. After a terrorist group stole the machine that gave him these powers, Matt and his three friends escaped only to find that the terrorists that set them free, caused the apocalypse. With their small team, him and his friends survived.
