- The Western Capitol is a populous village in a small area. It is the most difficult to reach as the wilderness presents are particular danger. The Western Capitol, like the others, is a misnomer- it has no actual authority, but instead represents the largest settlement in the region. Most of its residents are Gifted and are primarily used as warriors.
