Ranks are rather easy. Read below.

Runt- You are the gopher, the guinea pig, the slave. The bottom of the pile, this is where you start up the ladder. You do pretty much everything you are told, but you are the real backbone of the team. Without the Runt's nothing would get done.

Grunt- One step above a Runt, almost the same thing. You have minimal pull around Team Darkrai, but you are the Junior Leaders of the sectional teams. You do around the same amount of work as the Runts, but can boss them around. Still, you don't get enough appreciation.

Team Leader- You are slowly making your way to the top, and now have some oull. You are left in charge of the sectional teams, or the teams within the divisions. You don't have to do as much dirty work, but you still end up fixing the Runts and Grunts screw-ups.

Division Leader- Congrats, you have small fame! You are in charge of one of the four divisions of Team Darkrai, and have some say in how things are run. You were selected because of yours skills and experience, and you have done well. You do very little in the name of work, but you still do a lot on the planning end of the world.

Vice Head- You, you are right on up there. You are one of the three Vice Heads, and you are the brains. You sit under the head honcho, sipping tea and yelling orders. Everything that happens, happens because you thought it up. Almost everyone listens to you, and the corporation would collapse without you. Nice pay cheque too.

Team Darkrai Executive Head- This team is your baby, and your financial empire. You started the whole show, and you rule it from afar. Nothing gets past you, all fear you, and you are going to take over the world. You so much as twitch a finger, and something gets done. You are practically royalty.


Now, everyone starts as a Runt. Runt- Team Leader, you earn. If you wish to be one of the 4 division leaders, the 3 Vice heads, you apply to the Guild Captain below. Follow the application form. If you wish to be Team Darkrai Executive Head, there will be a contest. You have to win it.

Raven had just recieved an assignment to prove that she had what it takes to be a team leader of the the Shadow Division. Her assignment was to take someone else's pokemon. There in the envelope was a paper of a list of pokemon that was to be captured. She left the HQ and headed off to a nearby town to complete her assignment.

How often are you online?: As often as im on the computer, which is pretty much everyday xD. Length-wise, I'd say almost the entire day, I really don't anywhere much >.>

I entered the office, barely acknowledging the guy in front of me. "So you said you wanted to work here?" he asked me. I nodded slightly as I sat down. Barely noticing it, my hand was playing with a small pokéball, throwing it up in the air and catching it. "Why do you think you're fit to be a leader?" The guy asked me next. I caught the pokéball again, and looked at it.
"Well, it sounds like it'll be an interesting game," I looked back at the guy interviewing me, smiling a little.

How often are you online?: Once a day, about 3 hours each evening and maybe more, depending on my schedule

RP Sample: It happened in the middle of the supposed-to-be a peaceful night for a rich family in Castelia City, too sudden that when it struck right at their house many was too shocked to protest or stop the men wearing black suit--and obviously fully armed with dangerous weapon and pokemon--from taking away all of their treasures that had been their main source of survival in big city. Bankruptcy was what would be announced in the news tomorrow, but the truth was that someone had been pulling strings behind this tragedy and the reason was only for the said person to pass the test of being the Division Leader of silent watcher of certain evil syndicate in Sinnoh. Basically it was purely based on greed and selfishness that motivated this power-hungry person, who stood in the shadow of alleyway away hiding his presence while observing the progress of his success, to do such evil deeds and it wasn't that hard since all he needed to do was being watchful, making careful observation to find the family's weakness, and taking an action in the dark just like a grim reaper. Pulling out a custom-built phone made by the said evil syndicate, this silent watcher made a call to certain person in the HQ and spoke in bored tone,"Mission Accomplished. Will be there by tomorrow to hear the result. Kyouya out."
How often are you online?: Five hours in each days but sometime more than that on Saturday and/or Sunday. Though when I'm online, most people are offline. >.>

RP Sample: Luci walked into the office taking note of everything about her. The office was standard and didn't seem to have anything out of the ordinary.
For anyone else at least.
"So,, what makes you think you're fit for division leader." the lady running the interview said clasping her hands together and looking down at the young girl, most likely in an attempt to intimidate her.
All it did was remind Luci just why she hated superiors and their interviews and people in general.
"After all you haven't been team leader for very long"
It was true, the young girl had been climbing steadily, starting off as a grunt. A woman on a mission all she had thought about was getting to this place in her..career.
"You mean aside from the fact that I'm one of the youngest in my position? That all my work is good and that you wouldn't have called me down here if it wasn't" she said in a detached almost bored tone. "we both know this isn't an interview, it's an audition. But if you want to pretend then fine, I'll play along. How's your son?"
The interviewer looked at her confused, obviously not expecting the question. Luci didn't know why, small talk was part of an interview after all and a good way of getting information out of people.
"That's him in the middle isn't it" she said pointing at the older of three children. All framed, the boy's was in the center in a bigger frame "you favor him, probably because he's the only boy and looks the most like your husband. Ex-husband?" she added looking at the woman's hand which lacked a wedding ring. "that's school's very good by the way" she said her eyes resting on the school logo on the young man's shirt "I did a job there once, lousy security though, anyone could just slip right in" she shrugged but kept staring at the portrait, smiling to herself when the woman began to squirm in her seat.

Coming out of the office Luci felt she might have a pretty good shot at this, and if not. She could always stay in her position until the one who got this raise screwed up and then she could get it. Either way, today had been a pretty good day.
