This thread is for information on things you think people might have missed or didn't know.

Like the fact that if you follow a fox instead of killing it the little thing will show you knew area's or secrets.

O.o I did notz know that. Oooo! I gotz one!

How about if you go near Morthal you'll find a small little shack with this dog prowling around it. It will somewhat ask you to fallow it. And once you enter the shack you'll find its currant master dead. And a journal. T.T

Which i think was very sad. So i adopted the little doggy. And i named it Rex. He fallowed me everywhere...

Until i bumped into some damn vampires in a cave. T.T He died in battle!

Also! This isn't something that the creators actually added to the game, but, I've noticed that if you run after some deers, they will lead you to some wolves. surprised

And the fox thing is really really cool! heart

Well that is probably just because there are a lot of wolves.

So I had just beat the centurian in Mzincholoftilest (definitely spelled wrong) and flipped the switch to open the gate and then switched to healing spells to heal after my fight and five wolves just turned into that alcove to jump me... o.o
I flew back down the elevator and healed there xD

The Dragonstone tablet in the start of the game tells you all the spawn points for dragons.

Hmmm...I always see foxes and walk after them for a bit then run away, why did I never follow completely!? I will do that now haha. And that thing about people leaving you their homes is really cool, though I'd prefer if some of those people don't die in the game, like Aela.

I'm sorry, but I laughed. XD Not at your pain, but over how adorably you worded that.

When I first went to Markarth I bought a war dog. When I did the forsworn prison escape quest and the guards started attacking, I fought and so did my dog. And he was killed. I didn't even know until long afterward. I'd told the dog to 'go home,' but didn't own a home at the time so it just stayed close to try to protect me. I always wondered what had happened to him, but then I bought the house in Markarth and found the dog laying dead at the base of the stairs. By then I didn't have a save or autosave with the dog still alive, so I lost him for good. I was really sad, too.

I never kill foxes because they're really cute and not hostile. But I never tried following one for long. Usually I run into wolves, and they like to kill foxes. crying

Once you get to around level 50+ Giants will no longer attack you unless you attack them.
A headless rider will spawn around dusk and travel across Skyrim and if you follow him he will lead you to a graveyard.
If you follow the main roads you will find random skooma dealers on the sides of the roads.
While you are in Werewolf form the wild wolves around Skyrim will not attack you.
Blocking attacks from higher level enemies will make the skill increase quicker.
If Shadowmere dies he respawns in the area of death in around 48 in game hours.
On top of the throat of the world there is a dragon flying around the mountain that ISN"T Paarthurnax. He will not attack you.
If you kill anyone in Dragonsreach their body will NEVER disappear.

It was kind of funny because after I read this and played Skyrim a courier came by and gave me some money from Battle-Born who died in the war.

You can mine ore faster by equipping a pickaxe and striking the ore vein.

Ore veins replenish after one in game month.

Giants don't aggro unless you're near their camp.
(Until level 50, if Call Me Fear is correct.)

Jewelry is the most efficient way to level up smithing after update 1.5.

I'm sure I'm forgetting things.
