While technically in Central City, this place is big enough to count as its own area. Even with the West wing destroyed (from a single punch, oh the humanity!) It's quite a little labyrinth. Go spelunking (sort of) to find medical supplies and the like, or go spelunking (for real) into the caverns carved into the earth just below this place. Brave the darkness for a shortcut to the Ravine, but be warned; some of the monsters down there aren't your average sort.
