The time has come for "Art is Dead" to have its first ever contest! Can I get some cheers please? This contest will start out with a bang and end with an even bigger one so everyone put on your big kid pants and listen up.

You have from not until July 25 to create a masterpiece, and since we are all new in the guild and just getting to know each other- there will be no theme. Create what you know or what enjoy best. It can be a story about an eight legged llama or a drawing of your grandmother's dog. Just make sure it's your best quality! I want to still all that talent you have stored up.

2. Please Personal message your submissions to me directly and do not post them in the forum. I would like the format to be.

Material/ software used (visual artists), Word count (writers), Location and subject (photography), composition length (music), title of song and style (dance):

The Prize

First place prize will be 10 000 gold and a place in a gallery specific to their medium. (Galleries will be up and running before the end of the contest)

In this thread you may brain storm as well as ask questions, but please do not post new topics in the forum. Have fun and good luck! Also if you wish to participate let the guild know by saying so in the thread!

If you would like feedback on your work simply state so and I will send you a lengthy response to your piece as well as a rating.

That's good that you like it. It'd be a shame if people were to create for the sake of other people liking it.

If it wasn't for my keyboard not working too well, I'd enter in the writing contest. cry
