It's so softly drawn. Are you going to add form/ body to it or leave it the way it is?

Personally, I would like to see more hardware. More joints, more wiring.
Like on that one V-shaped piece that looks like it would be a mechanism for the mouth, it's drawn like one solid piece, but if the mouth is to move, it should be a hinged piece.
And maybe more holes in the top of the scalp, where hair should be implanted, but isn't? It would seem a little creepier that way, because it seems like it's not intentional that she's missing hair. It would be like... 'what happened that her hair was all torn out, and she only has the front left?'

Through school, you learn what's a 'constructive' criticism, a 'I don't know what I'm talking about' criticism and what's a 'I hate your work and you' criticism. xDDDDDDDDDDD

Pencils, pastel, or paints. It would never hurt to pick up a book on color mixing, and color theory, too. That way you can already be ahead of your classmates. (And your teachers will like it also). Even if you're using a physical media, the knowledge you gain from it will translate into digital media. (After all, color is color).

I'm ahead no matter what... most people go there without prior drawing knowledge and since it involves game development 50% maybe goes thinking they can just play around (not listening to the zillion warnings coming from the teacher themselves) And there's also programming involved with I already did for the last three years, the only thing new is the language (though one of the ones I know is a derivative of it) and rendering =3 I also asked for some ahead pointers on an open day and my main issues are volume and perspective... I add to that clothing, landscapes and full bodies =3 what will be completely new is low poly (few faces good for games/scanline rendering) and high poly (very detailed good for animation and commercials or in render terms ray tracing and radiosity) rendering and if you didn't get it by now... I'm very excited to get started =) I've been in art madness mode for the last month ^^;

I never went for game design, since our school didn't have a teacher for the program, and therefore, didn't have the program to begin with (technically... though we had all the supplies. >__>;; ) But good luck!
